You’re telling me if I need to talk with a financial representative or open a new bank account at any location I need to either come at their convenience hours of operations between 9am-12pm . Or take a day off work and stalk any location to see if they will be able to help me . What’s the point of having Lobby hours of operation if they are merely suggestions to its patrons rather than accurate information. Showed up at 2:50 on a Wednesday. Closed .

Terrible service we had and appointment at 3:00 we got at 3:07 and a lady told us we have to reschedule because we were late, it was just a simple thing to do and they started to talk in English in front of us assuming that we didn’t get it, what they wanted is just close and leave on time I understand but unfortunately certain procedures we can’t do it through the app, I don’t know why if they hate that much customer service they still working in that.

The most incompetent set of people you will ever meet! The worse customer service I have experienced in awhile. I wish I could have left "No Star" rating.

I am incredibly disappointed in this bank. I got better service from one of the workers than I did with the first person I spoke to; who to my surprise was the manager. He was rude and hostile.

Excellent treatment and very professional staff. The thing I loved most was the person-to-person treatment. They make you feel like family and above all, they guide you step by step. Marisela thank you very much

I entered bank and the welcome lady asked me what I needed.I told her I needed to have my will notarized and witnessed. She told me have a seat, there would be a short wait.45+ minutes later, a manager came over and informed me they do not notarize wills.I was totally taken aback. Why would the greeter NOT know this??Had she told me this when I came in, I would not have waisted 45+ minutes waiting for a rep. They obviously do not train their employees well on the basics of what services they do or do not provide. This was a really lousy customer experience and a total waste of my afternoon.I will never go back to this branch.I am highly annoyed and very dissappointed with personnel not trained properly and or inept.

You're open, but no one will pick up the phone. All day. I'm going to attempt an in-person visit, and I'll change my rating if you somehow impress me...but I'm skeptical. I've spent HOURS on the phone today, just trying to verify my identity...only to be told I have to DRIVE IN and do it in person, at this branch, which has horrible ratings.

Had an issue with identity theft, went in to this branch but After dealing with the “relationship manager”(Sonia was her name) I assure you, once my claim is closed out I will be moving every single one of my accounts and will NEVER use Bank of America again. Worst ever!

This has to be dumbest branch I have ever been to. During covid and you have the place pack with people and worried about mask, yet everyone crammed into that tiny space. Not a single drive thru lane open. Here is an idea. If you want to keep people out of there open a dang drive thru line. Much less instead of having three people stand at the door to tell people where to go and only two teller. Why not maybe someone else jump on a till and help your customers. Absolutely poor management.
