Terrible bank, corporate policies and rude tellers. We moved all our accounts to a credit union. Now to pay off the mortgage and we are done with Bank of America.

Employees needs to a take customer service course. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Strongly thinking of moving my money into my credit union accounts at least I know it's well taking care of and customer service is always A1.

Slowest tellers, every single time I come it takes 15-20 min even if I’m 2nd in line, it’s the slowest service, the one close to Walmart is so much better

Such an unprofessional environment. The employee that attended us seemed to be sick, he had a runny nose and was still working in the middle of a pandemic!!!

One star is too generous. The customer service is terrible and after waiting to speak to multiple people about a large deposit, the information I was given was totally incorrect. Worst bank I've dealt with by far. Taking my business elsewhere.

This bank is never sufficiently staffed at teller windows. Even today when senior staff noticed the number of customers waiting no effort was made to expedite customer service. Waited in line for 10 minutes while one teller assisted customers. I was #4 in line and after 10 minutes had reached #2 in the que. Still no effort to add tellers to the front line. As you read BOA reviews the same theme of poor customer service is evident. BOA business practice obviously focus on profit not staffing and customer service.

I can not believe they start to charge monthly fee on checking account without any notification. Can not wait to close their stupid checking account after I get back from my summer vacation.

Horrid customer service and attention. I made an appointment online only to end up with a fat zero...they dont take cash deposits for secure credit cards? I thought BOA was supposed to be THE Bank in the USA. ..so I took my money to Lanier credit union...suggest you do same. DONT TORTURE YOURSELF!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. And I had made an appointment..and banker was late!!
