I went in there and didn’t know what the part I needed was called and the lady was being very very rude. Making noises like ughh and yawning saying things like well maybe you shouldn’t take things apart that you don’t know. Worst experience I’ve ever had at AutoZone. On the other hand the guy that helped me was very nice and patient and tried to help. I didn’t catch anyone names but the girl was short and white

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I came here today looking for a part. We walked to the line and waited for our turn to be helped. We were greeted by a man named Charles who walked right up to us after he had gotten done chit chatting with someone else. He stood 6 feet away and screamed “NEXT” as loud as he could as if we couldn’t hear. As my husband walked up to the desk the man stared him down as if he was going to fight him. My husband described the exact part he needed and the man clicked on the wrong parts and said “NOT IT”. My husband repeated the exact name of what he was needing and he found it then stormed off to get it. The other workers laughed seeing how he was acting. He came back and rang everything up then screamed once again “PHONE NUMBER”. We said we didn’t think we had one but gave him one anyways or else he would have rolled over the desk to fight us with the look he kept giving us. He said “wrong you actually do.” We said “sorry” for not knowing. Then it came time to pay and he just flicked his fat finger at the card reader. Then he had to do his job and bag our items huffing and puffing. My husband grabbed the bag since Lord forbid he’d have to hand it to us too and turned and walked off. My face was burning red because I was so confused and a little scared, being we had never met this man before. Believe me please go down the road to anywhere else to save your time from that lunatic.

Highly recommend this branch in Gainesville! Freddie was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with me with a battery replacement. He was kind, generous, and went out of his way to help. 10/5 stars. Ask for Freddie and you won't be disappointed!!! Very positive experience!

Quick and friendly, I will definitely be coming back here. The engineer on duty changed out my high and low beams for me and was really helpful when he realized I’d bought the wrong bulb for my car! I wish I’d gotten his name so I can shout him out, but if you read this dude, you are awesome!! First time here and it won’t be the last.
