I came here to get a battery replaced due to purchasing a new to me vehicle. The man that helped me came outside to take a look at it and tested the battery and it was all in good condition. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to do that. However, he did not fight me when I insisted I wanted a new battery and I am very grateful for that! Battery was purchased and installed within 15 minutes.

I was in there right at closing time to get an item, they turned the lights off on me and wouldn't turn them back on. I wasn't taking long, knew exactly what I needed. A very disrespectful move. Maybe they need to be reminded who keeps the damn lights on in the first place by management! Unacceptable.

I just stopped by to auto zone today on Jesse Jewell pkwy in Gainesville Georgia because I got a problem with my battery and I got a great service from the store manager Brian H ,very kind guy he was very helpful! Thanks

I purchased a part I thought I needed for my car, but it turns out I got the wrong part for it I needed something different. So I went back to the store to see if I could get a refund and buy the other part I needed and the assistant manger told me that I couldn’t get a return or anything. I didn’t drive the car with the part or anything I just put it on and it wasn’t what I needed, all he told me he can do it exchange it when I didn’t need the part.
