The Mill is great no matter what age because there is something for everyone and community get togethers are for all. The amenities are top notch, clean and never over-crowded. I liked how the inside of my apartment felt open and up to date. My favorite part was the view I got from my balcony, which each apartment has. It's close to the city square and anything else you could need. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!”

The buildings are older but well maintained and the staff here work very hard to make the community feel like home and they're constantly trying to improve the living quality here. No place is going to perfect for everyone but Edgewater has been more than perfect for us and we love being tucked away in our own little corner of Lake Lanier and seeing such breathtaking views every day.”
