Rylee is a walking disaster, and she managed to injure herself late at night while we were visiting from out of town. We traveled 1.5 hrs each way to see the vet, and we had a great experience. Dr. Brown was amazing, and Morgan & Jamie made me comfortable and kept me informed of Rylee's status. I hope you don't need them, but if you do, I highly recommend Animal Emergency of Gainesville!

If I could give ANEMERGE 10 starts I would. We have gone to them twice now for ER care and they have been so wonderful. We have take our 11 year old cat and 11 year old GSD. Unfortunately, we had to put my GSD this last visit but they were so unbelievably nice and so understanding. Dr Eddy and Dr Ingles and their staff truly are the best.

Rude and very unhelpful was not even able to tell me if I should bring my dog in over an ant bite that has her face swollen, if you care about your animal stay away from these people. If that was over an ant bite I sure wouldn't trust him for anything more serious

Our two labs consumed food toxic to dogs so we took them to Animal Emergency where Dr. Ingle and Techs Nancy and Brian provided immediate care. They are the utmost professionals, knowledgeable and care deeply about their animal patients. We are so thankful that we have this clinic here in Gainesville. Jasmine and Daisy are doing well!

We came in the office and Dr.Ingle was so nice . We had to bring our baby to stay overnight, due to a surgery she had in another clinic and we brought her in looking sick and not the usual her and when we came back for her the next morning it was like her again, energetic and happy . A little pricey but it was worth it .

Dr. Ingle took good care of our dog...he stayed overnight and she explained everything and kept us informed.
4 stars only because I did not appreciate their process of providing status of animals and discussing costs with owners in the open waiting room, in front of other clients.
During our stay, they discussed euthanizing 2 dogs and another dog coded and failed CPR. I felt so badly for those animals and families; honestly, though, I should not have been privvy to this information.

Wonderful staff. Our dog Rosie was bitten by a diamondback rattlesnake and we took her here. Dr. Brown was great. They administered antivenin and watched her through the night, and now she's out of the woods and starting a full recovery.

We suspected our dog developed bloat overnight. Dr. Eddy and staff quickly assessed his condition and confirmed bloat. Due to other pre-existing, serious health conditions we decided to euthanize our dog.
The staff was caring and provided the services we needed at 1 am. We are thankful he did not have to suffer.

I am eternally grateful for Dr. Jarod Eddy and Jamie. I came in with my cat in distress late last night, and they immediately took her back and started working to get her stabilized and examined before even asking for any information from me.
We unfortunately didn't have a good outcome, and Dr. Eddy helped me make the decision to let my sweet girl go peacefully. He gave me all of the information objectively, all of our options, and his personal opinion when I asked.
I love my regular vet's office, but I have never been met with so much compassion and genuine concern for one of my pets, as I was here. They gave me plenty of time and the space I needed to say goodbye, and were there with me every step of the way, also talking to and petting her as she passed in my arms.
Having Jamie there helped me tremendously since I had to make these decisions without my husband and daughter, and so suddenly. She treated me like a friend, let me vent a little, and even helped me pick the urn for my girl's ashes.
If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing an emergency vet, please do not hesitate to bring your pets here. They will do all they can to help.

These people literally saved my dog this weekend. They kept me informed and gave me options throughout the entire process, and they also worked with me on the financial side of things. I thought I was losing my dog/child. I was a wreck. They really went above and beyond to make the last 48 hours the best they could be. Will absolutely use them again, Heaven forbid we need it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Eddy and the super kind and helpful staff.

I took my sweet girl Mia to Animal Emergency of Gainesville after she collapsed and had labored breathing Friday evening. This animal hospital treated my old gal with love, dignity, and respect. Dr. Sommers broke down all the information I needed to make the decision to put her down. He was incredibly kind and caring to me and my son. Although putting Mia down downright sucked, it was a peaceful experience and I'm glad I trusted her to the team at this hospital. I hope to never be back but I'm relieved to know that quality care can be found here. Thank you to Dr. Ingle who spoke to me with such kind words, Tech Bryan for taking such gentle care of Mia, and of course, Dr. Sommers who took the time and care to talk with me and gave the respectful dignified exit from this life that my sweet girl deserved.

I have had to take my sweet Gillie here twice in the past few months. I was terrified to take her to an afterhours vet as I was scared we would get financially taken advantage of and possibly not receive good care. I am SO PLEASED to write here that that was absolutely not my experience. I apologize for not remembering everyone's names on our visits, but Dr. Eddy, Dr. Mann, and tech Lexie were a few of the people involved in Gillie's care and I was absolutely thrilled with their honesty, integrity, speed of service, attention, and care. I will absolutely bring Gillie back here if she needs help! Thank you!!!!
