I made an appointment for my mom here and she does not speak english and I was a little concerned that there would not be anyone that could help me in the translation. I have always translated for her but some medical terms I cannot translate and it can be a little concerning. Diego was the one that helped us in the process of ordering her glasses and he was able to explain to her in spanish every detail about her prescription and glasses. This put me at ease and I was very thankful that he was attentive and kind with my mom. He's the best!

Loved my glasses. But I can not replace them with warranty bc my prescription is expired. Not all of us have money to get another prescription and I just wanted to replace my broken glasses With warranty that I paid for. I have gone to other places that have replaced my glasses due to having warranty even with an expired prescription Because I have an active Warranty. I only came here bc I thought the 2 glasses with free vision test was great.

I knew I needed glasses but as a “typical guy” I kept procrastinating until finally I decided it was time so I started doing research. Fortunately for me a friend had already gone through this and recommended America’s Best.Pros: The appointment was super easy to set up online.The deals they run are great.Everyone I dealt with was warm and welcoming.The optician was informative, knowledgeable and polite.Cons: This one is on me. Go ahead if you want and get the cheaper glasses in the deal for backups but don’t cheap out when it comes to glasses!!! After a week of the cheap ones I bought a pair of Nike glasses for $200.

We had an appointment on October 2 for my son's eyes to be checked and get new glasses yet by October 27th, we still had not heard anything from them regarding his glasses coming in. I called them on October 27th at 2:40 p.m. to find out what was going on. The young woman that answered the phone stated his glasses had been there since October 11th and they sent an automated call AND text message to my number telling me they were ready in which I replied I never received either. This person went on to argue with me telling me THREE more times that both were sent that day. I did start getting very aggrivated with her considering she was accusing me of lying about this stupid automated call. I'm not sure why she thinks I would need to lie about getting this call or what I would gain from this by doing so. She clearly needs to be retrained in proper customer service. Accusing a customer of mistruths is quite tacky! (I checked my phone as well as text on that day to see if I may have missed them and just as I stated never received either)

I am a GM for America's best in another city. I called and asked if they would be able to see my daughter's boyfriend last minute on a busy Saturday. They were in the area for an event, and he had to be seen on an urgent basis. They had a full schedule but the manager and the doctor were gracious and friendly, and I just wanted to say thank you! He is feeling better, thanks to the great care by this team in Gainesville!

I went in to get safety glasses and they lost my prescription for bifocals. So now they want me to pay again for the same thing I already paid for because of there mistakes. Do not go here! I also over heard an older lady while I was there that they shipped her glasses to a different location now she has to wait. Wow terrible service.
