Terrible customer service. I placed an order on October 3rd after being referred by a co-worker. At the time of the order being placed Jeremy told me that my screens would be ready in 3-4 weeks. Here on December 19th I get a text saying my order is ready. Not one time did he reach out saying things were going slower than expected or any communication at all. I told him I no longer needed the screens that we had went a different route. His response was that the person that referred me is going to have his account closed too. Just very unprofessional!!!

Did great job in the past but cannot get a call back after going to website as directed I think they are closed and I still need screens

Unfortunately this company does not services in my area. I will leave a review that they were nice enough to get back to me so promptly via email. I’ve had a few companies not even bother to follow up with me. They did offer to give me an estimate on screens but sadly I need someone to come out, measure and install them. When people communicate with you that says a lot.?

Not professional at all. I was never called back and when i was, I was lied to about getting a job done for me. When I asked about my screens, I was laughed at because I was lied to about a timeframe. The owner Jeremy did not care whatsoever about an unhappy customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They do beautiful work. They have fixed and will continue unfortunately fixing screens my dogs tear up. They do great work with a great price and awesome turn around time. Wouldn’t go any place else.

Great work and quality materials. I went the cheap route with plastic screens from another company first and they were trashed within 2 years. Got new metal ones replaced by Allen Screen Co and they've been going strong for 4 years so far! You truly get what you pay for!
