On Oct 21, 2022, stopped at this station to get gas. Inserted pump nozzle in tank selecting the auto shut off ability. Pump moving slowly, so I went to sit in my car. I noticed purchase amount was unusually high, so I went around my car to shut off pump and gasoline was spewing out of my tank. I went to go into the store to tell them the auto shut off valve was not working properly. I slipped on the gas that had spewed onto the pavement. I hobbled into the store and told the attendant what had just happened and she looked at me with that deer caught in the headlights stare. I asked her to call the owner explaining not only had I been hurt but that the gas on the ground was hazardous. She called a number but got no answer. I left my name and number and asked her to have the owner call me. I have not heard from him yet.

First pump I went to had a handwritten note to go inside. Looked dirty as if it wasn't open, which was out of place for the area we were in. The receipt also didn't print.
