The folks at TCS are wonderful, they treat you like family when you deal with them and are happy to speak with you about your needs. They exceeded my expectations and I will be a repeat customer for sure. The luthier molds and templates are superb.

I have ordered a custom guitar making mold, center spreaders and a radius dish from them and couldn’t be happier. The products are exactly as expected and the staff is really responsive and knowledgeable. Will definitely order more custom-made MDF pieces in the future; highly recommend!

Contacted this company regarding a kitchen remodel. Owner came on site and suggested cabinets for our space. We approved a very reasonable custom quote. Cabinets came in timely and the installation went very smoothly. The owner and his wife were a joy to work with! We were very happy with the product and service! Do not buy a guitar radius from these people. I did a review on eBay about the poor quality, shipping time, value and they had it removed!! The product I received was the cheapest grade of cardboard particle board on the market. Can't withstand any pressure for using a go-bar, Unusable DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Buy from LMII or Stewmac. You'll be glad you did.

The pieces I ordered were evidently sent went to someone else. I called he said he was the owner and saw the problem. It wasn't a large order. He said very apologized and said he would redo my order immediately. Well it's been a couple of weeks. I got the wrong ones in a matter of days. You could not have asked for a more friendly knowledgeable man. I am still waiting and it's a project for someone else. Hopefully I will receive these soon.But the wrong ones they sent were fantastic. If I receive them shortly... I will give them 5 star plus rating

I ordered a cutting board for Christmas (through Etsy) and indicated I did not care if it would ship after New Year's. It is now January 21st and my order has still not shipped, even though I have contacted Samuel multiple times TRYING to get some kind of an indication that he knew what had happened to my order. Samuel was unresponsive to my text messages and phone calls, and even after I tried to cancel my order he did not respond or even indicate that he cared at all. Honestly, I feel like he stole from me and scammed me, because I paid $45 and have received nothing, not even an apologetic text.
