This is a great bank. The entitled brats who left a negative review are laughable. Why should a bank call you if you’re overdrawn? Be responsible. I love all the people who I’ve dealt with here. The old fashioned service is what keeps me there.

Great bank. Simple and straight forward. And the employees are helpful. Have had no problems.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This bank is not only extremely outdated and difficult to manage, their employees are also rude. I am a college student attending UGA and I always feel talked down to when trying to resolve any issues simply because I'm younger. They do not offer 24hour banking. Atm deposits can take several days to get into your account. They will not inform you that your account reached below zero until after you're charged with a overdraft fee. And even then they won't call you, they'll send a letter in the mail and "hope" you see it. I believe they make doing anything here so difficult on purpose so that you get charged overdrafts. The app they have looks and functions like an original iPhone app from 2008. Everything about this bank is confusing and takes forever to do. I went into a Athens branch to try and solve a problem I had with my account, and after waiting an hour the lady could still not get this branch on the phone. Don't bank with them. Save yourself all these headaches and go to a bank that at least offers 24hour deoposits. I can't tell you how much money ive thrown away to overdrafts because of how bad their bank operates when it come to deposits. I switched to Wells Fargo and I'm already much happier. Their app is super easy to use and you can quickly access all your information. They actually off instant 24hour deposits through their atms. Wells Fargo will even send me a text when my account is low. I was able to resolve a overdraft charge within 3 minutes on the phone. Just avoid this bank at all cost. Comunnity bank my A$$.

Worst experience of my life dealing with the call center. Refused to help or provide information to help. Closing this account very soon . Switching to a bank with customer service staffers who are not rude and incompetent!

Our daughter banks at the Pinnacle in Franklin Springs GA. She told them she was going on a trip to the UK and to make sure her debit card would work. They said yes. She is not spending the weekend without any access to her money because then DIDN'T DO IT!!! They also have no hours on Saturday, so we have to wait until Monday to fix this.
