“Convenient and helpful .... Except one girl (cashier). She wouldn't help her co worker get us propane. The helpful one had to run the register and go outside to get propane. The helpful one deserves a raise. The other one deserves a new job that she actually likes so she will be nice .”

“I have never done a review on a store before but I felt that this Family Dollar location need to be recognized. I had to go locate the asst manager just to let her know I appreciate how great her store looked. I could walk down the aisle without tripping over boxes, the shelves were neat and in order. She was real appreciative and expressed that she comes in 2 hours early everyday to make sure it's at its best. I've been to every Family Dollar in Phenix City Al as a matter of fact I went to the one on 280 Bypass yesterday, I have been to the majority in Columbus Ga and I must admit they were all like I was walking through a junkyard. The regional manager need to have all other locations come to the Midland store for training. Again thank you for caring about your store.”
“Went in to grab a few thing there was only 1 register open 2 people on her line but about 12 people in the store. Grab a few things and proceeded to the front. Most places don't have other cashier on standby or if they do they doing other things but a young man came right up and open up when he seen the line getting long. Great Customer Service”

I fell in love with a little basket, I did not buy it, I was truly in love with it but I was there to purchase items for my ugly sweater Christmas party and I found lots of great items to complete my ugly sweater great job $1.25 tree I still love you”

When I asked about more, she went to the stockroom and pulled out two more cases for me! After checking out, she helped carry them to my car! Now, that is excellent customer service! “This really is my neighborhood dollar general. I love how I can choose to drive up. However when I have no car access its literally a 10 minute walk from my home. They always greet you at the door and have some great shopping music. The staff is great to. I love the dollar isle and mark downs. Can't resist a bargain.”
“Store was clean but a bit disorganized, Isles go east to west and north to south in a compact size store making finding things a little tricky. Having helpful employees was a plus. They had some fantastic sales on toys so I got 2 nice birthday toys, 2 Birthday cards, tape and wrapping paper for under $40.00!”

“I don't normally shop at Family Dollar simply because it's not convenient. But I stopped at one today after an appointment. You have to give the store a big shout out for it's low prices on name brand cleaning products, paper products. A lot of their stuff is cheaper than Walmart's prices. There wasn't a long wait at checkout. The employees were very and helpful. They actually asked if I needed help finding anything. I've never got that in a Walmart store before!”

“Whenever I visit my mom in Columbus GA, we always end up at this Family Dollar. The people are friendly and they seem to have just about everything I'm looking for. The store is clean and organized and they have repaved some of the parking lot that had big potholes, which didn't seem to bother the people that shopped here. I like this store. It's convenient and close to Mom's.”
