Been going here since September. Enjoy working out here. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Made several friends here and most members are willing to help others out and share their knowledge.

I’ve been going to this gym off and on since 2005 and just started back again, if your looking for the best gym in fort valley this is it hands down in my opinion. Clean, friendly staff, and all the machines and free weights needed for a great pump!

About Valley Athletic Club
Valley Athletic Club was established by Wade Yoder in 1992. We are the oldest gym in the county and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We do not subject our current members to membership drives that crowd the gym but rather try to keep an atmosphere here that encourages long time memberships by the members we already have. We do not lock our members into extended contracts. A member can cancel their membership with no cancellation fee or delay to cancellation. Our 24-hour fitness and tanning center is located on Highway 341, across from Subway and Five Points Pharmacy in Fort Valley, GA.
