I have been filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for about 10 years now. The folks here have taken there time to let me know anything. They have lied and then was not being transparent on when I would know how much for everything. They seemed like they just wanted my money and nothing more. Will not be using this company again!

Mr Paul and his team are wonderful. I’ve been using Mr Paul for about 10 years now. He has always done all he can do to help me out and let me know and understand exactly what is going on with my taxes. He is a friend now, and will continue to use him.

I will never go back to these ppl. First and foremost the tax preparer was very unprofessional. She was on 2 different phones while assisting the tax preparer next to her and doing my taxes all at the same time. She added on premium tax services and tax protection all without asking me if I wanted it. I feel like I have been ripped off. Unprofessional. I will never go back
