Buyer beware especially those who do not know how to repair cars. He has sold a friend of mine a lemon two months ago. This poor woman has multiple problems reported to him over 3 times in the past two months. Replaced alternator, starter, battery, car was noted to be leaking, oil, and antifreeze. When checked on, underside of car was noted to have a bunch of hose clamps to hide the leaks prior to her buying it. BEWARE

I have bought cars all over the country but never have I experienced the care, cooperation and kindness more than at Freddie's. They stayed late, worked directly with my insurer and made sure every thing was in place. If possible, this is the only place I will buy a car. Thank you guys and sorry this took so long!

I took on four little kids unexpectedly and not prepared for that and only have two crew cab trucks so no way to carry four car seats and needed a van to carry kids so found a van there and took it because I needed it real bad. There was so little gas that I couldn't drive but down to the next turnaround and back and the van ran good but when we bought the van and got close to Byron it started running hot so to make a long story short I'm out of 5000 and still no way to haul these kids. I really didn't need to take a 5000 dollar loss. Would yall be interested in buying it back half price so I can find something to haul this kids to the doctor's appointments. I didn't even try to call yall because I know it's going to be well it's as is but yall should have enough gas in vehicles to test drive even long enough for the temp gage to go up. ?? if by chance you're willing to help with this my is Ronnie Knight you should have my number on the paperwork

Same situation as you can see the with 2008 GMC Envoy white has made back to Georgia. And is for sale once again. Owe $1,600.00 on the car as a pickup payment. Lost $600.00 with this car. Still nothing to show but hard earned money lost. I will take this as a lost. Going to get a car with a warranty on next week. Tied dealing with side the road dealer with no guarantee on there autos. Lost $485.00 dealing with auto insurance as well. I am not satisfied still. Talk to Justin yesterday about the situation. And he told me that he would help get me into another car. But I'm good on that. Other customers got great service. But my experience is still the same. No car and no money back.

I don’t think there’s no other place where you wouldn’t feel like family . After not having a car for almost a year and constantly looking around for something I wanted to enjoy . Im glad I was recommended to these guys .It was heavy on my heart to go back and finally purchase a car that I love without a hassle. Thanks to Justin who made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and doing absolute great business .

I am thankful for them helping me get into dodge truck. They work with me on the pick up payments and fixed an issue that I had with the car. I really am truly thankful. I purchased a lemon from this company. I paid $1000.00 down for a 2008 GMC Envoy which is a 15 year old SUV. This company stated that they have reliable cars. I only had this car for 4 days before the motor shutdown on me while driving to Florida to visit my family. I contacted the company the next day to explain what was going on with the vehicle. Got the car towed and delivered to a reliable repair shop and the shop contacted the dealership with the quote. The company contacted me and asked me to pay to have the car returned to Fort Valley for repairs at a cheaper price. After I just spent my whole paycheck on a rental car and hotel stay because I couldn't return home due to the car breaking down. I am very confused and upset with this company right now.

Wonderful experience! Go see Justin! They were able to work with me and get me in what I wanted! They are an honest used dealership, and there is a reason why they have such a good name for so long! A couple months after purchasing my car, I had a couple issues arise. I reached out, and rather than being told “it’s out of its window/you bought as is/etc” they told me to bring it in. The issues were fixed, and the fact that they jumped on it so quickly, to remain an honorable dealership was huge to me. It shows the true nature of their character and that they are not trying to just scam you into some bad car that’ll break down the road. If you need to get into something quick, and want a trustworthy dealership, this is the one!
