“Beyond great customer service!! Ms. Toni makes you feel very welcomed in her store. Matter of fact you get greeted in the parking before you get foot in the store. I had a very, very great shopping experience with Ms. Jada. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted that was for a Christmas gift. Came in the store multiple times looking at phones and she was very, very patient and helpful with me. She answered all questions asked. I found a phone I liked along with some accessories to go with it. I came back a week later to purchase a phone for myself. Once again she helped me with selecting a phone, plan and accessories for my phone. But what I liked the most was that she wasn't trying to make a sell nor force me to buy something that I didn't want.
