Beyond great customer service!! Ms. Toni makes you feel very welcomed in her store. Matter of fact you get greeted in the parking before you get foot in the store. I had a very, very great shopping experience with Ms. Jada. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted that was for a Christmas gift. Came in the store multiple times looking at phones and she was very, very patient and helpful with me. She answered all questions asked. I found a phone I liked along with some accessories to go with it. I came back a week later to purchase a phone for myself. Once again she helped me with selecting a phone, plan and accessories for my phone. But what I liked the most was that she wasn't trying to make a sell nor force me to buy something that I didn't want. Her goal was to make sure my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with my purchases and visit..

If you ever need help with your phone I would advise anyone to go to the Fort Valley location and get help from Ms.Toni ,Kj, or Keirra because after a whole day of trying to get help over the phone and a whole morning of getting the run around and being put on hold numerous times they helped me with in 20 minutes! Cricket almost lost me and my husband as a customer if it wasn't for those 3 amazing customer service. They deserve a raise and so much more!

Toni is the best manager, EVER! She is attentive and knowledgeable, patient,and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to be treated right 100%. I have no complaints. Just ask for Ms Toni!

Worst customer service EVER. I drive from Perry because they didn’t have a hotspot device - after they told the Perry representative that they had one. The young “lady” didn’t know how to activate the device - incompetent and rude - she tells me Perry didn’t ask if it was working, not concerned about me driving to a different city. Asked about contacting tech support and she refused, saying they wouldn’t answer on Sunday. Totally rude, didn’t attempt to apologize for inconvenience - told her “No problem, I gotcha” - as it was obvious she doesn’t like her job. She shouts to me what can I do about it. Instead of being provoked to violence and an argument as she clearly doesn’t care about her job, I assured her it will be properly addressed. I’ve been with Cricket for over 7 years and have NEVER had such an experience. Corporate Cricket, I know it’s hard to find good help during these trying times, but this ain’t it.

I received exemplary service today when I activated my service at this location today. The young lady was helpful in every way possible!!! I was able to use my own phone and she talked to me about adding lines for a family line. I will be sending everyone I know there. The young lady with the dreads told me she was the District Manager and I can honestly see why. Great Job with the new staff and and Great Customer Service

I heard about Mr Raymond at cricket and how he was awesome at finding the best fit phone for his customers so I made the decision to upgrade my phone today and he was very mannerable, patient and helpful! I highly recommend this store !
