Nice gym close to the IHG hotel, the good thing about this hotel it opens at 5am so you can get in and out before everyone gets up. They have a cardio room, free weights area, a machine weight area, basketball court, and àn area for group excercise. Additionally the ladies at the front desk are awesome and very approachable, they greet you with a warm smile to get your day on the right track.

Great selection of equipment. Large room for cardio, two rooms for weights, and it have smaller rooms too that includes a room for moms that bring their children.

Rude staff and not a very friendly environment I was playing volleyball and ask for them to lower the net to a woman’s level because I play well women’s volleyball and I asked nicely and the women was not very nice back. Maybe did they needed to the volleyball net certain height for something special I don’t know, but she certainly could’ve been nicer about it?♀️

Good gym, lots of different rooms, plenty of availability. Pool doesn't have afternoon or evening hours, but there's plenty of lanes and people are often accommodating if you're trying to swim laps.

The A/C is out alot and some of the staff are rude. The front desk personnel are awesome and understand they provide a service for the troops.

Can get very busy at times and machines are kind of close together. But Newman has a pool and better hours than some of the other gyms.

Best gym on post by far, employees are great, its just the weak minded poeple that want to tell on you, nothing worse than a grown man telling on another man, maybe if u stopped looking at me and looked at uou plus worked out harder you would look like you do work out. SMH

To cramped, most treadmills don’t even work, older man with grey goatee told me to “******* move” in the middle of my set while cleaning not even a hey excuse me or please move.
