My car broke down while on base & they were kind enough to help me get a diagnostic and put a new battery in(the old one was the wrong battery for my car which was causing issues with my alternator). They helped call the store that sold the faulty battery a year ago and got me a refund. I was there for a couple of hours but my car isn’t having the same issues anymore so thank you

Highly recommend this place for anyone going into Fort Stewart! They graciously helped me in a pinch free of charge (I had lost loose bolts on my engine splash shield likely due to another auto shop not tightening it enough after an oil change). They were very kind and so helpful as well as efficient! Will be going back there for future services now!

Came in with ac issues in this Georgia heat. Henry (owner) was prompt with a diagnosis and solution to the problem. Will definitely be returning for all services to my vehicle from here on out. Thank you guys so much for all your help and for making me feel like I was a priority.

I want to start off with this review is long overdue ! I love Mr. Henry and his whole team. I reached out about changing my gas cap and he did it instantly so questioned asked. I’ve been taking my vehicle to New Beginning Auto for a year and some months now. Mr.Henry and his crew is very welcoming. They take the time to explain what’s wrong and how they’ll fix the problem. I personally wanna thank him for everything he has done and will continue to do !!!

Workers are great and knowledgeable. They spent 30 minutes talking to me about the problem I'm having, working through the past 3000 miles and multiple different services. I paid a great price for a service today. I don't know if it's fully fixed because it's not 1 issue."But that's not their fault or problem!" I will definitely be coming back. I will recommend them and work with them in the future. Thanks yall! I will update on the car issue later.

They do amazing work, very reasonable with pricing. Stopped in after they replaced my door latches because my tail gate happened to get stuck they sent someone out in rain to take care of it. The boss didn’t even charge me. Highly recommended

Came in for a serpentine belt issue; took about five minutes! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
These guys are no joke. I can’t see any reason to go to another shop.

My wife and two children broke down in the middle of the road. Henry stopped helped and gave a loaner battery so that they could get home. Thank you for being so kind and generous.

We were unfortunate enough to have car trouble right before a big cross country move. The team at New Beginning worked tirelessly to solve the problem, and went out of their way to get us on the road as soon as possible. The owner was extremely kind and compassionate and was very generous in his pricing. We are so grateful and would absolutely recommend New Beginning to anyone!

These guys are magical with their jobs they did the impossible and managed to retrieve my cards from the center console dashboard saving me from having to get new IDs, credit cards, debit cards and licenses in so thankful skillful mechanics saved me.
