I stopped by twice within the same week for a cashiers check and to get a paper notarized. Charlie Bono notarized my paperwork and has me in and out within minutes. The tellers were courteous and prompt each time I went in. As a customer I appreciated their efficiency.

Bank charges $10 per cashiers check- serious rip off. They also use senior citizens in their teller line of 2 service providers so although the service will be really friendly, don't expect it to be quick. Not a lunchtime transAction kinda place.

With all the fraud and abuse to their customers I was surprise to see they were even still in business! Unfortunately, I had to go into the Fort Oglethorpe office to change a mortgage address for my incapacitated son. I brought with me the notarized copy of the Power of Attorney, that I have used in every business transaction over the last four years including the IRS. Well, Well Fargo demanded to have the original!Rule number one with a POA, NEVER EVER give anyone the original, it should be kept in a safe deposit box. I tried to explain this to the customer service woman, her response was it's their legal policy. I understand companies have policies, I may not agree with them, but they need to make sense. I asked what are they going to do with the original POA, guess what the answer is. Make a copy! I even said to her, if this POA was a fraud, the worst I could do is pay off the mortgage. My son does not have any other accounts with Wells Fargo so I can't do anything but pay it off. I filed a formal complaint. It was resolved within their 10 day working day period.The copy of the POA is acceptable.

6/22/22 @ 3pm -They will not let me open an account. I've tried 3 times to open an account at this location and they state they are under staffed. The third time, I took along a friend that didn't believe me that HIS WF bank wouldn't open an account for me with 25k cash in hand, he was proved wrong. HE on my behalf asked for the manager, and the manager said, "that they were busy with an appointment in 45 minutes. That it was not possible to open an account in that time." Keep in mind this was when WF told me to come in because it was the least busy time to open an account.They suggested that I sign-up online for an account. I tried this as well, and WF online stated, that it with its infinite wisdom, it can not verify my street address. That I have to go to the bank in person.My friend and his wife shook their heads all day long Wednesday at their bank in disbelief. "This is the first time in my life I have witnessed a bank refusing to open an account with 25k in cash! I don't know how long we will stay account holders there. If it's that hard to deposit money, how hard is going to be to withdraw?" -DN

Zero stars. Worst bank ever!!! I wrote a check for a contractor for some home work and they put a hold on it for over 10 days!!!! No reason for this as the amount was just $1,500.00. Don't use Wells Fargo!! I'm taking my money somewhere else.

Had an old ATM machine that never worked, installed a new ATM machine that still no longer works, I believe they will never get this problem solved!

No one in Chattanooga would cash my Disability check from Wells Fargo Bank. The teller was very informative, kind and helpful. She knew her job and that’s always good to find. I’m thinking of switching my Bank after 20 years.Thank youDarla Ledford

I have had good experiences with this branch and with Wells Fargo. The person opening our accounts was courteous and the overall experience was great. The online banking is fantastic. I have a teenager and he has his own account. I am able to monitor it and deposit money as I need to online. We have had our mortgage here for ten years and have been very satisfied there also.

The worst banking experience I have ever had. Zero customer service as the managers and customer service both dish out large portions of terrible attitude with zero willingness to accept responsibility.

Not exactly sure what gawd-awful thing happened in the bad reviewer's situation... This was my first time at this branch and everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. "What a difference a day makes" I suppose. Lol
