Well first off let's talk about the rude unwelcoming experience, while walking into the store no body greeted us so we stood there until the employees finish their most important conversation. The second thing is we asked them to transfer a line for us. They gave me a paper that said how to transfer. They could have done this for us but obviously no work ethic here. It's sad that companies do not provide customer service nor help customers.

I came to GA to visit my daughter and her family and I decided it was time to upgrade my phone. Now, back home, in California, I had sworn off ever again going to Verizon for the very reason so many of the other reviews are apparently here. However, my daughter and I had the pleasure of working with the knowledgeable, professional, humorous, and kind Zach. He so clearly explained the difference between the iPhone models and NEVER tried to upsell us on anything. I still won't go into Verizon in Cali, but I will do all of my phone business in Fort O when I am visiting GA. THANK YOU, ZACH! :)

I’ve had Verizon for 3 years and never had any issues until I woke up today and realized my wife and I had no service. I called customer service and was informed from the automated system we had not made a payment ( Our account was on autopay ) tried to make a payment only to be rejected, tried a credit card and it went through, waited 20 minutes and still no service. I tried calling customer service but could never get an actual person on the line and ended up going to the store.The guy at the store said he could not help us because we were on a prepaid plan but use the kiosk which didn’t work, afterwards a manager came over and pulled up the account and was able to make a payment with our bank card only to still not have service after 20 minutes. We was told to contact customer service and provide the confirmation number of the receipt to regain service, after another 30 minutes of trying to get someone on the phone I was finally transferred over to a real person only for them to hang up on me.The members at the Verizon store were unsure on how to help me regain my service and only told me to try to get in touch with customer service again, so after being they’re customer for 3 years this is how I was treated when I had an issue surface. Very incompetent group of people. I ended up driving 5 minutes to the AT&T store and had my service switched over with no charge. In and out in 30 minutes, simple as it should be.

Waited for 15+ minutes and was never helped. Multiple employees couldn’t help or were jousting standing around. Won’t be back to this location again.

I came in today in a panic my phone broke. I live 2 hours from my family and car less at the moment. I didn't catch his name but the guy he was light skin young guy. Said well you owe 51.00 so unless you pay that we can't help you get a phone. I know that but it was his tone. I felt like he didn't care. I had to ask him to check my phone you would have thought he would have made the effort to say hey let's check your phone. See if we can trouble shoot it. I feel like if I was younger skinnier beautiful or trying to spend a lot of money he would have taken more time. But I ended up at walmart bought a verison phone through them. I was really upset

Chris/Christopher at the Fort Oglethorpe Verizon Store was a major help. Wasn't in a rush, made sure we were happy, very thorough, etc. Our experience with him was awesome and we were very pleased! Thank you for your time Chris!

There was a team member name is Chris, he was very patient at all my situation with Verizon account issue. Pleasant to going back there whenever I need to go for Verizon service.

Horrible customer service. I went in there to buy a phone case. I get they were busy. I don't mind waiting my turn if I needed something more than just buying a case. But to put me at the bottom of a waiting list behind people who needed their data transferred, or needed to go through the process of signing up for Verizon. The woman actually thought I would sit and wait to buy something from them.

I really wish this could be a good review. I waited 1.5 hours to get a screen cover put on and hand them a phone to trade. A 5 minute process. The employees were with the same people chit chatting the entire time we were there! You know about cars, movies, random events. I would have gone elsewhere if I hadn't ordered online to pick it up. If I were you, I would drive Lafayette or Hamilton Place.
