Poor store policies made it unnecessarily difficult to pick up a phone I had already purchased, even though I had the order receipt. The process was frustrating and overcomplicated for no good reason.
The lady that helped me though was very kind and helpful.

This Verizon was difficult to deal with in the past. Luckily, that time has passed. Through different management this location is super helpful and friendly!
