“I want to review the ladies I had the pleasure to encounter. I ended up messing up and chose the wrong unit. I made the mistake of thinking the unit I chose which said indoor was also climate controlled. It's actually separated between climate controlled, indoor, and pull up. THANKFULLY they were willing to help us. We just had to upgrade so we could stay at this location bc we aren't very fond of ringgold. There's another thing everyone should be aware of; the manager (I'm assuming she's the manager) doesn't take your 24/7 hour access lightly. This is the first time she's ever allowed 24/7 access. We only need it bc of my husband's job schedule is non existent. We haven't been able to get to our other unit bc it closes early and isn't open on Sundays or holidays. Of course as of late my husband's only day off is Sunday. So our stuff has just been sitting there... The other reason we needed 24 hr access is we do not own a truck. We have to borrow a truck from a family member who works all day until after 8pm. . She just doesn't want ppl in here doing drugs, breaking in, or anything illegal. So anyone who thinks they can just come in here and do whatever think again! I feel like our belongings will be safe here. The units are very clean as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

The way the map layout is created is a bit confusing so if you're wanting climate controlled it is not the same as indoor!”
