lady over the phone could use some people training. I have severe anxiety, cannot drive and needed some help on what I could do to help my dog until I can find someone to take him to a vet. I wasn’t looking for a diagnosis or medication, I needed an answer like “just keep him calm and full of liquids” or something like that. I didn’t need you berating me over the phone telling me the same thing of “I can’t tell you anything” in a rude manner. Not only did you sound as if you thought I was stupid but you were rude from the get go when you said “thank you” in a valley girl accent. I don’t know if you thought that I was being rude but I’m sure if you listened a bit closer you’d hear my voice was shaking because I was scared of not only having to talk to someone new anyways (because of ANXIETY) but because my dog is sick and scared as well. You wouldn’t let me get a sentence out without interrupting. People like you are why people don’t come to vets because it honestly felt like you couldn’t care less about my dog, you were just irritated with me for some unknown reason. Watch your tone of voice when speaking to someone who’s in a frantic state of mind. Called 08/01/24 3pm if you’re trying to figure out who took this call.

Would give 5 stars because everyone was so nice and helpful when I had to put my baby down. But I went today and picked her ashes up and went home well I finally looked at the envelope and noticed the fur clipping was not the color of my baby so I checked the name and y'all gave me the wrong ashes. I have someone else's fur babies ashes. I called it rang and rang and no one answered I left a message because I was told y'all were closing at noon. I left a message saying what happened and I was on my way I got there at 10 til and y'all were closed already. Really upsetting to say the least. I located the owners of the fur baby ashes I have and if I can't meet up with them today or tomorrow I'll bring them Tuesday cause I can't get a ride until than but I'll be calling Monday.

I have confidence in The Animal Medical Center and Dr. Schaffeld. He is so gentle that my cat didn't even flinch when given his 2 shots. He also gave good advice on how to keep my cat healthy. Will continue to use AMC in the future.

We had to take our 13 year old dog to be put to sleep. They were so kind and very professional about it. They helped us decide what to do with her and they were so gentle and apologetic yet still very professional. The vet even had a few tears in his eyes when it was time. I held my girl and sobbed my eyes out and the staff was so friendly they gave us a blanket for her too. They made this horrible horrible process go quickly and smoothly which made it a little less stressful. Definitely recommend! The staff was so helpful, and polite! They helped me pick out an urn for my baby and even tho it was the worst day of my life im thankful for the staff who made it easier.

I can not speak highly enough about all the staff at AMC. My dog Coco had an ear infection and the first emergency vet said they would have to put her under to treat it. AMC worked us in for a day of appointment, despite Coco never being seen there. They were so friendly, Coco let them do everything they needed to heal her ear all while wagging her tail! THEN they went so far as helping me find the cheapest pharmacy to fill the medications she needed! They truly went so far and beyond for Coco we will forever be grateful!

I can not speak highly enough about all the staff at Animal Medical Center. My dog had a bad ear infection, and the emergency vet I first took her to was requiring for her to be sedated before any treatment. I called Animal Medical Center at 8:00 am on Saturday and was worked in by 10:30 am! All the staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and focused on the best care for my dog! They used absolutely no sedation and most importantly, with the most effective and least invasive treatment. By noon, my dog was out of pain and back to her crazy self! Thank you so much AMC!!!
