An okay selection, a nice clean store, an AMAZING selection of ammo. However the biggest problem is customer service. As soon as you go through the door it just feels unwelcoming. No one makes conversation, no one came up to see if I needed anything. Overall the store was nice, I'd definitely go there again if staff was a bit friendlier.

North Georgia reloading used to have a friendly staff but not anymore!!! I have spent thousands of dollars at this place but no longer. I was going to use them to transfer a 1911 from the CMP but the jerk who they talked to would not provide them the FFL! Contacted Shooters Depot in Ringgold and had no problems getting the FFL number sent to CMP. Don't shop here! Take your money and business to someone that appreciates it!!!1

North Georgia reloading needs to be shut down! Sold me a brand new “in guns we trust” 350 legend. The gun never worked right. It Jamed every single time I fired it. Rob ( the guy who built the gun) tried to fix it twice and he couldn’t. He’s incompetent. He admitted that guys in the store swapped out old used parts on new guns and sold them as new. I reported their store ATF. They are a shady firearm dealer doing illegal things in the store.

Kevin was suppose to call me per the two men who sold me the gun. Said they would tell him about it when he came in. No return calls or news from him or any one else. Bought a gun just Saturday, on Sunday took shooting and it kept misfiring. I took back yesterday wanted a refund cause I was scared of it going this again. Told me NO, they would send it off to be looked at, not sure why these folks couldn’t look at it if they are professionals. After it is checked out they’d have to take to shoot it to see if it misfires again. I used their ammo & another kind making sure it wasn’t bad ammo. As I looked over my paper work I noticed in receipt it said used gun. I was buying a new 22 auto. Something is up with this place. Asked for manager but out if two guys they said manager wasn’t there. I’ll never feel gun is safe. As an older woman I need something I can count on. I contacted my bank since I paid with debit card, not sure if it will work but I feel they should refund my money. If not I’ll continue to tell people not to use them. Good service is word of mouth.

Went there a few days ago then I get a email that the same gun I bought is going to be $90 cheaper he could have told me that ammo is also over priced for reloads I get 1000 rounds of 9mm from prepper gun shop for $ 298 will never shop here again I suggest you also look elsewhere
