“I’m sharing my experience at this particular location because of the great customer service displayed on 2 different occasions! I Have an 80 year old friend with an android phone and I use an IPhone so I’m not familiar with his phone but he needed help and we went and a sales associate named Noah was able to address his problem immediately. That was several weeks ago, well today my friend called and needed to email a photo to one of his friends and of course not being familiar or technological savvy enough to do it with his phone we went to Cricket on Battlefield Pkwy. again and Noah wasn’t there but young man named David was and he went above and beyond what I would’ve expected from a sales associate/support guy. I know for a fact that when I need a new iPhone I will certainly get a price quote from Cricket on Battlefield Pkwy. Both Noah and David were very knowledgeable and above all HELPFUL! Way to go guys, that’s a great way to expand Cricket’s customer base ‼️??”
“Nick, the store manager, was amazing to work with. His reps, Alex, Mia, and Beth all had great personalities and had me and my bf laughing the whole time. “Got my banking details compromised through my PayPal app. Wasn't certain the crook hadn't left me a parting gift when he did his dirty deeds so I ran by here and they scanned and scrubbed my phone without judging me and without charging me extra. So glad they are in my corner when things go bad elsewhere. Reminds me that while they may not always be the least expensive, they've always been there for me when I need help.”
“Just wanted to brag on the electronics department. I came to look at the phones and as soon as I walked up I was greeted by Kristopher. He helped me get my phone set up. He had great customer service and it was so quick and easy. I was there maybe 7 minutes and most of that was walking through the store. Before checkout a woman in electronics also paired me with a case that was in my budget. I'm so impressed with the new changes in staff. Good job hiring/keeping great employees that know exactly how to assist customers and take the time to do so. Thanks Kris for making my experience a breeze!!”
