This is my usual hardware store. The selection of items for sale is great and the prices ok. The only thing I do not like very much is part of their service. It is always hard to find an associate to ask a question and it is rare to find the larger carts in the store. I always have to search the parking lot for one. When I do find an associate they tend to be nice but stressed.

I have lost all my faith in Lowe’s I bought paint last weekend I wanted cabinet paint and of course the worker said you need something else and of course after doing all the work you barely touch it it comes off after all of my hard work then we bought a LG Wash tower just to find out it would not work in our place and the worker guarantee it to so over $2,000 thousand dollars down the drain I mean if you don’t know the answers to our questions find someone who does because you don’t have a clue what we have been through with a washer and dryer and now repainting our kitchen and bathroom

Worst Lowe's I have ever been in. Every single time I have come to this Lowe's, I ended up just going to Home Depot. The customer service desk is manned by a teenager. No one knows how to operate the wire rack. Every other aisle has at least three service racks blocking the way, and their selection is extremely limited.

Rather embarrassing.... Ask 3 folks for help. The first guy told my it wasnt his section... But really tried to help. The 2nd guy was showing me wire polishing tools for metal for a Dewalt... After I asked him to help me find a tool for WOOD!! The 3rd guy stuck his finger up and told me to hold on and NEVER came back. So I left.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TO TO HOME DEPOT
.... update years later .. everything was perfect and the store was clean

Same stuff at Walmart, like Gator sandpaper, is $3.00 less at Walmart.
$3.00 less and Loews buys much more of this purposely, so why the higher price.
Folks are doing work themselves these days, even fricken cripples like me, to save money. Loews is coughing the public.

Lol nvm. Had just don't a 5-star review about how much better this Lowe's is than Ace at having things in stock, but soon as I posted I found out they're out of super common Pex fittings. Doh. I guess I'll try Home Depot.

Almost gave Lowes a 4 star rating because of the prices but then realized that it's inflationary, not a fault of theirs. I like Lowes in fort Oglethorpe because they keep a good inventory, people to assist you, and the cashier that I dealt with was very nice.
