“I wanted to thank the lovely people at I Go Tokyo! We had bought a plate from them for my son last year, but I accidentally broke it the other day and it was his favorite plate. Their website didn't have the plate anymore, but after we called them, they only had 2 plates left in stock. They kindly wrapped up both plates for us to buy and even added a pack of kids washcloths for free! They were so wonderful and that was a great display of customer service! They've got a cute set up downtown and I highly recommend giving them a visit!”

While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?!
