I’d rather this be no stars, after coming here for 10 years-I came into the salon and a per usual slow day , the male owner had one older woman in the pedicure chair and that was all, I was immediately told he can’t do designs and I could come back, I informed him I had a gift certificate for a mani pedi and he said’ you can wait 30 mins’, I asked about the nails and was told he can’t do them and oh well. He told me to come tomorrow and I replied I would be leaving town, he asked me what time (which isn’t his business) but my response time of 7 am, was retorted back with “that’s your fault then oh well”, again I have been coming here for a decade. At this point I asked for a refund as my wife was the purchaser so we share the same accounts-he tried to refuse a refund so that I could go elsewhere despite there being NO POSTINGS SAYING NO REFUNDS. I explained I didn’t think it fair to penalize me for their lack of staff and ability, and he after I pushed again mentioning there were no posting that I had been coming here for years and still to this day there is no sign saying that. He started laughing and stated if I want it then bring the card, so I am now waiting for my wife to drive from across town inconveniently because of this salons neglect, poor planning and horrible attitude. My daughters and other close friends have been referred here by myself over the years, and I promise that will be no more. My daughters, myself and anyone else will and should go to these thoroughly staffed, better attitude from employees locations, such as the two by Walmart ! I encourage you to not waste your money here and with this incredibly rude man

Went in on Sunday afternoon and got helped immediately. Got gel polish quickly and reasonably priced ($25). The nail tech was super kind and did a great job. Will definitely be back! It’s been almost a week and the nails look the same as they did the day I got them!

Do not come here for nail removal. OUCH! I left with nails in different shapes & sizes. Would not recommend or go back.

Heather and David is amazing!!!!! Being a diabetic I needed a nail tech to manage my toes! They did amazing! Staff is sweet as ever! They were not busy either! Quick and nice service!Services: Acrylic nails

If you are thinking of going, don’t… I got dip powder nails and the nail tech (don’t know her name) was very rude and when she was using the drill she repeatedly hit my skin with it causing small cuts and pain after the manicure. Overall I would not suggest coming to this nail salon!Services: Dip powder

Went in for a pedicure. They said it would be 35 dollars ended up being 55 dollars without a tip. Then not even 1 hour later 3 off toes the paint had fallen off. I strongly would not recommend.Service: Pedicure

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and we are both very displeased. Her nails have so many gaps in them and I have never had such a terrible pedicure in my life. My feet are pretty rough which is why I have to get these from time to time. They did not address the roughness and they also tried to rip the last bit of my toenail off that he thought he had cut. Now my toe is extremely sore and looks infected. They refused any kind of refund and offered no apology whatsoever for the discomfort they caused.Services: Acrylic nails
