Had my husband's vehicle towed to this place the during the first 12 days of September. It sat there for almost 3 weeks with excuse after excuse as to why they hadn't looked at it. Then we were told by the same person 2 different stories one that they pulled it in a bay and looked at it and another that they sent a technician out to look at it.. Both of which were obvious lies because we had it moved to another place on the last Friday of September and had it back by Tuesday and what was wrong wasn't anything they lied and said was wrong with it.. And ended up being at least 750.00 cheaper fix than what they quoted and they never looked at it.. It was obvious they hadn't looked at it because if they had the pollen would have been disturbed on the hood of the car..My Husband thought because they said yes sir no sir and used manners that most people don't use nowadays they would be trustworthy.. Don't be fooled by that.. Definitely won't be taking any of our vehicles here again.

Was told by them that it would take 2 days to figure out and fix what was going on with my truck. The words out of their mouth were, we’ll get it right and have it going. After 9 days and over $1,000, they said it might be an electrical issue. They tried to upsale a transfer case for $600. They rebuilt the transfer case and it still doesn’t work. It still slips into neutral. Oh and they left the dang truck unlocked the whole time from what I could tell from going over there multiple times. This place is a SCAM! Do not take your vehicle here! 0 star.Service: Transmission

My family has been bringing our cars here for years, but we will not return after the last service I had. The staff lied about me needing a new radiator and said it would be over $1000+. I had it replaced elsewhere for not even half that price and there wasn’t even anything wrong with it. They didn’t even check on my A/C issue, only told me I needed Freon and that it would be $189. When I went to pick up my keys before they closed there were 3 vehicles blocking my car in. I asked if they were going to move the vehicles for me to come back with a ride to get my car and they said yes. When I returned they had not move the vehicles and my car was left UNLOCKED.

Went to see the guys at Get it In gear for a second opinion after being told I needed a rebuilt transmission at another company at a price of about 4K and loss of my vehicle for 2 or 3 weeks . They diagnosed it and it was not a transmission issue but 2 smaller issues at a cost of around $500 and no time without my vehicle . They are honest and friendly
