My experience with Mr. JoshWhen I tell you that this man has you as his priority I mean it. This guy knows how to do his job and he does it exceptionally well. Not only is he extremely communicative he tailored the level of communication to my needs. We had a bunch of issues with my lendor being absolutely garbage. Josh came in and helped me understand what they were asking for and walked me through just about everything from home inspections to offering to help me with a repair after the sale (I declined but the offer was above and beyond and extremely professional). I am 100% positive that if Josh was not my realtor I probably wouldn't be in a house today. This man gave me the opportunity to have financial freedom and finally get out of renting forever. My bad experiences with the house purchase are 100% vendors related and not one bad encounter with Josh. Josh is amazing at his job and knows what he's doing. His number is staying In my phone as I plan on buying more property with his help in the future. Me and my fiance have nothing but good things to say about Josh. If you have the opportunity to work with this guy. Do it. He's the best ?

We purchased our first home using Crye-Leike. Leica Bryan was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, honest, and very patient. I would recommend Crye-Leike Realtors, & especially Leica Bryan, to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jennifer was incredibly patient and helpful during the entire process. From start to finish. We looked at several homes and she kept at it until I found my dream home. Never once did she complain when I would ask her a thousand questions. Her negotiating skills were incredibly impressive to get the best price and win in a bidding war! She always showed respect for both buyer and seller. Genuine and professional 100% of the time.

Have never had a realtor that was so unwilling, even in this unprecedented time and situation, to bend under any circumstances. Jennifer was adamant that nothing be moved or keys handed over until AFTER closing, even though it meant my moving company had to sit idle for over an hour and a half and that cost was on me!. I have purchased homes for many years and NEVER HAD A REALTOR THAT WAS SO HARD TO WORK WITH. Would not reccomend anyone work with her regardless of how "sweet" she appears unless they have more money and patience than I do!
