When I say this the worst hospital I’ve ever been to hands down it’s the worst ! soon as the ambulance doors opened there’s a man curled up in fetal position on the ground in front of ambulance doors sleeping ? I go in for heart and chest pain and the doctor said if your not having a heart attack at this moment we’re going to send you on .he came back said labs look good you can go you say it’s your heart I’m going to say it’s not !!… I mean this guy is living in his own movie ? when I just had a heart cath 2 days ago and have heart disease DR WATSON doesn’t need to be in his profession his lack of empathy sympathy care and give a damn is legendary ! I was in and out in 30 min . Terrified something was going to happen I went to ERLANGER from there I don’t know how the doors stay open

I wish zero stars was an option. If you need an ER, you are so much better off driving the extra miles to Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton. This place here, it does not matter how busy they are or how dead they are, you’re going to be there for HOURS! The triage nurse is short with people and SO unfriendly. I was here 2/27/24 with the absolute worst toothache I’ve had in my entire life and they did absolutely nothing for me. I sat there for four hours, IN TEARS, and no one even came back to check on me so I ended up walking out. The staff is incompetent. Save yourself some time and trouble and don’t go here.

I brought my mom in with chest pain at 5 am on Feb 24th, and we had a very good experience... We saw several hospital employees, and they were all very sweet to my mom and took great care of her... The only person whose name tag I noticed was Nathan, The respiratory therapist, but the whole staff was awesome. I really appreciate the convenience of this hospital that was only a 10 minute drive from where we live.

We had to go to the ER in the middle of the night. Everyone was so caring and helpful. We felt well taken care of. They diagnosed the problem and because it wasn't something they could handle, they transferred us to Chattanooga. We will definitely go there again if something comes up. The facility is old, but the people are wonderful.

Slow. Unimaginably slow. Got here at 5. Watched the entire waiting room leave because they got tired of waiting. Finally went back to a room after 3 hours. One person works, 7 people sit at the nurses station and chit chat. High quality really.

Went here on Jan 28, 24. Was sent home saying nothing was wrong with me, despite collapsing on my way through the door. I was told my heart was fine, my lung were fine, everything was fine. Turns out, I had pneumonia. Stethoscopes are important!!!!! That’s all the other doctor used. No X-rays, no bloodwork, just listened to my breathing. We used to have a nickname for this hospital, anyone remember DIE-county.

I have been using this ER for a couple of years now. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They are knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They were kind and caringon my birthday this year. Thank you to the entire staff.

I had scheduled ct scan. I was instructed to go through main entrance. There is no signage that is easy to find showing where registration is located. I walk down the hall to locate registration only to find I had passed it. It is located on the ceiling and is blocked by the frame of the door. If that was not bad enough when I went into registration the room was permeating some kind of perfume. If you have asthma or copd beware. Your airway will react and you could have an asthma attack. The good thing was that when I went into imaging first there was a nice guy who showed me where registration was.

Hello I would like to file a complaint. On Sunday January 14th 2024 I brought my wife Kelsey Austiana Kanipe into y'all emergency room. She had been sick for a week we had been trying over the counter meds but it did not help and today she had diarrhea, vomiting and she passed out at home and hit her head and that's when we came to the hospital. We got there just after 6pm the staff had to come out to the vehicle with a wheelchair to get her in to the ER and they put my wife in exam room 10. A nurse came in who's name I can not recall but she was skinny with dark hair and blonde highlights. The nurse asked her for a urine sample and asked my wife to walk to the bathroom. When I tried to tell the nurse that she could not walk she got a smart mouth attitude and said "she can walk". Luckily my wife made it to the bathroom and back. Then this same nurse was trying to but in an IV and was having a time finding a vain. My wife said multiple times that she felt like she was going to pass out, I got up to get on the other side of the bed to try and comfort my wife and the nurse said I just need to sit down and the chair was on the other side of the room. After the nurse finally got the vain and had gotten the blood samples need my wife ask if she go to the bathroom to poop when she walked into the bathroom she passed out in the bathroom she passed out again and hit her head on the floor and her IV came out. This is by far the worst experience I have had in my 40 year of living at any hospital that I have ever been to.

In and out in an hour, unheard of though it was 2am.Friendly bedside manner.Addressed pain and concerns.Only con is the rooms were very bare and it seems a bit out of date, perhaps? It’ll get the job done for sure in a less life threatening emergency and I would say this was one of my better ER visits. Special shout out to the radiologist tech individual in the Christmas sweater, they were kind and attentive.
