Had an important package that was delivered EMPTY to my mailbox…I was waiting on it, so as soon as the mailman left I ran out to get it (I had a box too). I got everything inside and noticed the package from the mailbox was opened and empty! I left and tried to find the mailman in my neighborhood, no such luck so I went straight to the post office on main post. Spoke with the manager who said they haven’t seen my item. So I now have to get a refund or replacement!

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for people directly responsible to deliver mail to folks that don't give a damn about the soldiers that are sent packages from families that miss them, love them, but some scum bag accepts money to do a very simple job and can't do it right!! There are an infinate number of cases where soldiers don't get their mail or it's rediculousy late. The public should be asked to come in, point out the rude ones so those toads can be FRIED right on the spot. Then go in the back and fire those lazy bums that can't do their job too. Postal workers are the epitome of what's wrong w/ this country!! We have all seen stories of tomfoolery in the news.

Package was sent to this post office and is stuck in "Awaiting Delivery Scan". I sell on Ebay and since there is no confirmation of delivery, I don't get paid.

I don’t understand the poor reviews. I have used this post office for a year now without a single issue. Mailed out plenty and even had a passport made for my little one from here. The ladies I’ve worked with here always have a smile, are polite and were killer with my 1year old when we took photos for his passport.

Went here to get my package and the customer service was great. The lady that assisted me was accommodating. I got my package in less than 5 minutes.

Both times I have gone in the lady I have spoken to is careless and rude with how she speaks to customers. She doesn’t seem to want to be there at all. Moving forward I will make the drive off post to send mail. :)

Went here to get my passport. Despite two large families, the workers wrote my name down and told me to come back in an hour. I cave back 40 minutes later and was seen 15 minutes sooner than I expected. Workers are kind and friendly and even though they are understaffed, they have a wonderful and helpful attitude! I love this post office!
