I recommend giving up on GameStop. I was sold a Switch remote that doesn't conspicuously say that the controller uses Mini USB (outdated tech). Once the package is opened, you can no longer get a refund.Alternatively, if you purchase from Amazon, there are TypeC remotes for half the cost. I made an impatient mistake by not researching online for better options.

The two females that work there short black girl with curly hair and the "manager" tall white lady with glasses and short hair are terrible. They don't know what they talk about and are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Simply amazing service, they know everything about any game or system you ask, even recommend ones to get and what not to get if you ask. They are completely transparent on any questions you come up with, and find loop holes to cut you the best deals, while not dropping the quality on any subject. Very warm, very professional. 10/10 service.
