Rich was awesome, also the lady he called at the port center. Both of them worked diligently to get our account updated and the phone activated after 20 days of calling. We ordered a phone 2 times and both shipments was lost or canceled. Rich was very professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude. The employee stated that my business was not wanted because I didn’t want to buy accessories with my new account set up. He even told me to go to corporate off of exit 14 that they would be better help! I am so glad I did! Half the price of this Verizon and very professional. Found out that this one is independently owned franchise unlike the one off exit 14. Do yourself a favor go to the corporate Verizon instead of this authorized retailer. Worse cell phone experience ever!

I went there to get a new phone case but ended up getting a new phone and an Ipad.. They were good as far as selling the products and just overall friendly and helpful… I would definitely shop in the future with them.

Lady was super lazy and rude. Was in middle of a transaction with another customer and told me she just closed her register but was helping other customers. And then kept trying to tell me I basically couldn’t afford her block and charger I should go to Walmart! Very very shittty would never recommend!!!! And then gave me false estimated prices?♂️ Never again!!!!

Verizon has changed so much.. I've been with them over 40 yrs and now I feel because of prices I had to leave them. I lost all my contacts and have no way to get them back. Basically the lady on the phone said oh well. Thanks Verizon for not having my back as a long time customer.. No you didn't.
