The movers ripped a hole in my couch when they were attempting to dissemble for packing. Accidents happen, I get it, however instead of being up front about it with me when it happened they pushed on with business as usual hoping that I didn’t catch it. When I confronted them about it it wasn’t till then that there was an “apology” or acknowledgement of the mistake. At last own it...thanks for the lack of customer service transparency.
