Leah is always helpful and prompt on getting any repair or oil change I take into Sct pitstop done quickly and correctly. I’ve also bought several sets of tires and Leah’s always been very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me with the purchase of each set.

The Mechanics at Pit Stop did a tremendous job, installing, OffRoad Bumpers, and Exhaust System on my New Ford Bronco.
More than that, the project was finished in one day, even though we're extremely busy.
I can't thank them enough, a great experience.

I have never written a review before but this service was so bad that I had to. I did not have a good experience with this shop, the front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't give straight answers and had a huge attitude. A friend of mine got their vehicle "fixed" a while back at this shop but their car proceeded to break down 5 days later. If you're okay dealing with the rudeness from the staff and spotty work, then give it a try, otherwise stay away.

Terrible customer service. Came here last week when car was overheating. They replaced the thermostat and added coolant and car is still overheating. Things happen but the lady at front desk has a horrible attitude. Does not seem like a trust worthy establishment.

I had to go to this shop because my tire had lost all tire pressure. They located the problem and fixed it, so I thought. Their fix lasted two days. Hopefully I never have to use them again.

Nice place cool ppl very professional was in and out my appointment was at 10 am got there at 945 had 26s on my tahoe couldn't find anyone to do an alignment on it and they took care of me it rides smooth now guy even drove it to make sure before will definitely come here super fast good work definitely stop here!!!

Had oil change done to my truck. Next day a lot of white smoke started to come out of the exhaust. Checked the dip stick and oil was topped off way too full. Had to drain and put in the right amount of oil and no more smoke came out of exhaust. I called the office and the female who answers the phone was rude as usual. I should have known better as when I called initially she was rude.

I was traveling home from Florida and had a problem with my car,blate in the day. They fixed the problem , helping me to get home. Super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I love going to this pit stop. They do a awesome job at a matter of time. Others dealers cost u a arm and a leg. I've had so many issues with my 2014 explorer in one month and they took care of me in that same month. Keep up the good work Leah and her team

Work is dependable. As far as scheduling scheduling a day to get a leveling kit put on is a joke. I called 2 days in advance and scheduled it. Dropped it off at 8:05, was asked what time would i need it back i told the front desk at the latest 3:30, didn't get done with my truck until 5. Customer service must have been having an off day because they weren't polite at all.

I just want to let everyone know what amazing service we have had over the years with Pit Stop in Forsyth. Leah and Adam are the most down to earth, caring and very knowledgeable people. We do not allow anyone other than Adam working on any of our vehicles. When you talk about small town hospitality, they definitely have that, and you do not see it very often anymore these days. They have never hesitated to take care of our girls cars when we couldn’t over the years and we will always be grateful for that. Their prices are unmatched and so is this place of business. If I could give 10 stars I would.
