Rewards doesn't work from one town to another. Cashiers don't care. Crap service. You would think this is the 21st century.

We moved to Forsyth in July 2021. Ingles is a grocery store. It is one of only two choices in Forsyth for grocery walk-in. Walmart is the other choice. Ingles uses a reward based signup system for discounts. If you have an out of state area code be prepared for it to not work properly if you just use your phone number instead of carrying the rewards card. They signed me up each time I went because their system is incapable of finding areas code not specific to Georgia. Their system thinks you belong to another Ingles market and just doesn't find you. The manager finally let me know the error or I would have had a 4th card number. They also won't use a store based courtesy card to just move the process along. Any other grocery store I've been to can do that, but apparently not Ingles. The parking lots and the store is clean. They have helpful employees when finding things. Their prices on most things are 20%-50% more than can be found elsewhere. You can attempt to justify that increased price range however you like in your mind. But that adds up real fast to additional money out of pocket. I simply go to Ingles only as a last resort. I choose Walmart, or driving over to Macon to have a much broader grocery and pricing options.

Decent service. Three for $.99 (donuts) after 1800. Very little foot traffic in the times that I've gone. Plenty of parking. Hygiene products and wine are sold here at fair prices. The fruit are of good quality. I can't comment on the quality of the meat as I've not had a stove on which to cook anything when I've stayed in Forsyth. The electronics section isn't like what you'd find at Walmart, but that's not something I would hold against Ingles. It's very close to the Hampton Inn Forsyth as well as Tifts, so staying at either would be advantageous.

I love the store now if we could just get them to answer the phone, that would be great!

Great selection of food with great prices and friendly, helpful staff. New and modern feel inside and out is very appealing. I asked the cashier if they had been open long and she said they recently remodeled. Salad bar and hot bar still had decent selection at 8pm on a Saturday. Some items on bar and in deli case looked as if they had been out for a while without refreshing but that's just a minor detail - an industry trick that whoever was working hadn't yet learned. I wish they sold Boars Head but oh well! They DO have Applegate meats which are one of my faves if I don't have time to prep protein for lunch. The shelves are beautifully full and produce was very healthy. I wasn't in need of organic produce this time but I will be back to check that out. They had all of my "particulars" such as unsweetened almond milk AND almond creamer for my coffee! OH! The angel food cake is delish... You must try it. I say this place is a WIN!!

Great seafood market. The gentleman from England who frequently staffs the area is very good at customer service!

Great salad bar! There's a couple of tables to eat at outside as well (in case you've got a dog or if you just like to eat outside).

Always shop here. Of course it is the only real grocery store in town. The hot bar at lunch always has good chicken. I prefer the baked chicken. The fried chicken is sometimes dry.

Love, Love, Love this place! 1. Ingles is clean, and well maintained. 2. The employees are super friendly! 3. The selection is good and the produce is usually top notch. 4. The deli food is pretty darn good too. 5. It is a little more pricey than the old Wally world but the service with a smile and fresh products I get here are more than worth the extra cost!

The food from the deli counter is consistently hot, tasty, and cheap. You generally get enough for two meals when you get one meat, 2 veggies. The grocery shopping experience at Ingles is ALWAYS good, with helpful and friendly staff and competitive prices. Given my druthers, I shop Ingles over Walmart here in town each time.

While I was working in Georgia they have a market called Ingles and man was it awesome... The Deli is where its at, I mean over 20 different kind of salads and more kinds of cheese than I have ever seen. It is a must when up north I really wish they had one down here because Wal Mart or HEB just doesnt compare..
