THEY HAVE PUT MY PACKAGES IN THE WRONG MAILBOX TWICE. SENT A COMPLAINT FORM ONLINE, THAT WAS A COMPLETE FAILURE. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX WHERE I LIVE HAVE A CLUSTER MAILBOX, WHICH MEAN THE MAIL COURIER OPENS EACH SIDE THEY CAN SEE THE NAMES INSIDE THE BOX. WELL, THAT WAS A COMPLETE FAILURE ALSO. I'VE SEEN A LARGE NUMBER OF PIECES OF MAIL ON TOP OF THE CLUSTER MAILBOX, WHICH MEANS THEY ARE PUTTING MAIL IN THE WRONG MAILBOXES. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE FOREST PARK POST OFFICE AND ASK ABOUT A PACKAGE YOU DIDN'T GET, THEY ASK THE COURIER ABOUT IT AND THEIR ANSWER IS SOMEBODY MUST HAVE TAKEN IT. WHY WOULD YOU PUT A COURIER ON A ROUTE THAT DON'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING, OR JUST DON'T CARE. THE SUPERVISOR IS TO BLAME FOR THAT. IDENTIY THIEFT IS NOT JUST ONLINE, THE USPS IS PART OF THE PROBLEM ALSO.

This place is horrible. Sent our $2000 worth of money orders to move into a new home. Overnighted the funds, this was July 30th. It’s now August 1st and I’m pretty much looking at being homeless because my tracking says “still in transit” since 3pm July 30th from GA to FL. At this point, I could’ve drove the money orders there and back faster than this service. And am told they don’t know where my package is until it’s scanned again. So basically I’m out $2000, no home to move into, and the best they can say is, wait 4 days. Absolutely sad what this world’s customer service has come to. And to top it off, you can’t even get a human on the phone to actually talk to. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to the worst scum of the earth… they could do better than this place

There was a letter mailed from this location, my father was asked to put the letter in a bin, and I have never received the piece of mail. This has been over a month. This location needs to be closed and all the employees fired. Using the postal service is too risky, which is why I very seldom use it for anything.
It’s been almost 4 months and i still have not received the piece of mail that my father mailed from this location. The USPS is a sorry organization, collecting postage and not delivering the mail….

I’ve mailed off my mail here & the irs didn’t receive it this place is NOT trustworthy with keeping up with peoples mail plz go to a better post office !!!

This location has stolen 2 of my packages and I’m suing .. so whoever the driver or delivery person for hidden creek apartments please know I’m suing . I have all of the proper paperwork and I know u guys scanned my package for that truck cause you delivered my mail just not my package .

This Post Office is terrible. The staff is unprofessional and dont adhere to their own procedures. I was told that they complete passports at 2:30. At 2:11, they closed the system. My appointment was at 2:15. These workers are elderly and should retire, but refuse to so that they can be unprofessional.

SEVERAL PACKAGES HAVE NEVER MADE IR PAST THIS POST OFFICE!!!!! IT ARRIVES IN FOREST PARK AND STOPS!!!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGES!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING? YOU MUST HAVE HIRED SOME THIEVES!!!!!

I had packages being delivered to an old address. I’ve gone to this location twice to try to have my packages intercepted and each time I was told to write down my name previous address phone and tracking number, to which the supervisor would reach out to me. Not once did I get a call back or any response. It’s terrible management and customer service especially when Im losing merchandise. I eventually had to figure this out on my own by going to the previous address and resolving with the current tenant. This USPS location was severely unhelpful and did not fulfill their promises in returning my call.

Dropping off a prepaid package there, I was pleasantly surprised. They provided great customer service &. the space was well lit, well organized and adequately staffed.

I had been trying to retrieve my package for 4 days with no success after speaking with 3 different people. I called today and spoke with Mr. D.Hernandez, and my package was delivered to my front door in less than 30 minutes. He was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Mr. Hernandez for caring about the customer.

Not sure where to start. But I’ll start with I miss my old mail carrier. I never had issues sending/receiving packages or mail. When it showed up on my informed delivery it was there that day. When I scheduled pick up she would pick up. The last few months have been hell. Missing mail from SSA, bank and important mail. I submit not received and nothing is done. 2 weeks ago was waiting on an IPhone and it was out for delivery then I get a notification that no forward address?? I’ve been here all my life so after speaking to a supervisor and escalated the missing package and they confirmed that I never put in to forward and address .2 days later get an update saying my package is out for delivery then I receive a empty package with nothing in it. The phone and box gone. And it was sealed with the USPS damage seal. It wasn’t damaged I have pics and video where you can see the package was ripped on the side and the contents taken out. And the USPS hasn’t been opened by myself as o had to use it as proof to get a replacement phone. And I’m scared for when that is to come. I just find it funny that it went from a fake foward address excuse to after escalation an empty package. Please do something and hire people who actually want to do their job and not fly through the neighborhood yelling on their phones or blasting music and leaving everyone’s mailboxes open.
