I love how I am always inconvenienced by UPS. My apt complex has Amazon lockers, any other day my packages get put into the lockers. But Friday, March 1st someone attempted to deliver my package to my leasing office & when they denied delivery .. Instead of the UPS driver putting my package in the locker or just simply bringing my package to the door, they marked it as undeliverable & sent my package back to the merchant. What is the purpose of your job if you can’t & wont deliver packages? Didn’t even attempt to deliver the next day or ask for help w the Amazon lockers if you didn’t know how to use them. BUT lied because I checked my tracking, lied & said my package was in the locker! & it wasn’t until I did a claim w UPS, I then get notification that it was sent back. Thank you so much for not doing your jobs & making getting packages so much harder.

They still refuse to deliver in my neighborhood when its not dangerous and have no way of letting me know my package can be picked up

UPS has added a level 4 restriction on my account and refused to waive it...despite the fact that all issues have been resolved by the merchant. The have refused to deliver to my house or the UPS store which is 2 miles away from my house.The driver has been somewhat confrontational in the past but I'm willing to look past that. We are human and have bad days, but to not just leave the packages at my house is somewhat ridiculous. I've sent emails, phone calls, SM posts, but no remedy. It is crazy. Please just leave my packages...

They closed Saturday December 23 2 day before Christmas not a holiday so I didn’t get some gifts on time even though express shipping was 50 dollars ??♂️

I overnighted a package to my house. At first I was told by someone on the online chat customer service that my package was sent to the wrong address. I tried to contact the facility directly, but I was rerouted to an off-shore call center.I was told I would be contacted by 7:41 pm yesterday. This did not happen.So, this morning I contacted UPS again through the online chat service. I was told I would be contacted by someone at the local dispatch.When I was contacted, I was put on the phone with someone who explained that my package had somehow been put on the wrong truck and sent to Indiana. So, this is different than what I was initially told.Additionally, I commented that it would solve a lot of issues if I could directly contact the facility instead of having to use an off-shore service as a mediator, and I added that this was out of her control and not something she could solve. She interpreted that statement personally, and in an extremely rude and irate manner informed me that she would be disconnecting the call.I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. Never have I ever encountered this degree of organizational dysfunction.

This location has now lost three of my packages. My package made it through four different processing facilities and once it reached forest park it was unable to be delivered. They are hard to get in contact with and have terrible customer service. I wish I never had to deal with UPS ever again !!

Worse ups locations ever they lose my packages all the time and give you a computer generated response I’mConvinced the employees are stealing and management knows! I will never use ups again

Terrible service center. They were supposed to deliver it on Saturday and the driver said it wasn't on his truck. How the hell does this happen. If someone from UPS would be willing to talk that would be great since your customer service line is all automated.

The parking lot so damn confusing I barely made it in .THEY LOST MY PACKAGE OVER A MONTH AGO . I still haven't been able to file a claim and get my money or my package.

Today will be my 4th time at the facility. I’ve been told every single time to come back and my check will be ready for pickup the next day. If you are not allowed to deliver to my address, why has my package been “on the truck” for 4 days…. HUGE inconvenience for me. makes absolutely no sense. Today will be ANOTHER time I’m being told “come back tomorrow and it will be ready”.

I've had multiple problems with this facility, the first of which that they could never find my home address. I thought I fixed this when I set up an access point, but now with my latest package, they just sent it to Texas. I live in Georgia. My access point is in Georgia. I don't know if this is management or poor quality employees, but this has gotten downright ridiculous. Something needs to be done to fix how they are doing things at this facility.

Ive had 1500 checked sent here an its been at this center for almost 2 weeks. An they cant cant find my package. Its huge inconvenience. The employees didnt even care to help find it or let me know when i could come back for it
