After driving 30 minutes after a long day of work I walked in and the reception that I got from the staff was unwelcoming. The guy at the register didn’t look up from his computer screen almost the whole time I was there. You could tell that he didn’t want to even help me or answer my questions because his responses were short and he barely looked up from the screen of his computer.
The sad part is that I was recommended to go there by someone I trust and respect but I will never set foot back into this store. — yall lost a potential customer.

They don’t answer the phone, they take your size for item that they say is coming in & never call you back nor answer the phone.

I went here to buy a plate carrier (around $280). They lost my order twice. I was super nice about it, let them do their thing to get it right. Took around 18 months to actually get my order. Noah, whom I was working with mentioned that he would give it to me for free (I did not ask for this) due to all my troubles. The day I went up there he made me pay full price. I brought it to his attention and he told me that he didn’t remember saying he would give it for free and he would give me $30 store credit.
It wasn’t the fact that I wanted it for free or a discount. If you say you’re going to do something as a company to make something right… honor what you say you’re going to do.

Wide variety of options to choose from if shopping for a holster. I loved being able to actually try on before w/ my firearm before purchasing, something impossible to do shopping online. Will definitely return for any other future needs.
Store was well stocked, organized, staff member was friendly & accommodating.

The kid is very knowledgeable however, if you get the older heavy white male you are in trouble! He has a very nasty disposition towards us(leos). So, when I go in and see him there I usually just walk back out.
