Beware: Do not come here at this time. It's still advertised as open..so you can go online and book. And it is closed due to a water main break. Be prepared to be on the phone a long while and they can't cancel pass cancellations. Scam Scam. I'm notifying my Amex company of this and they want to send you where they won't too. This is very unprofessional I been a choice member and a truck driver booking rooms for rest. They need to advertise this hotel as CLOSED.

WORST Inn I've ever been to. After I went inside the room and looked around, I went back to the front desk to get a refund. Holes and stains on the bed sheets. Mattress looked like it was found in the trash. Dirty carpet, don't even think they cleaned the room for a couple days. Lamp didn't seem to work properly and I found a rusty, metal piece on the ground that looked like it belonged to an article of clothing. As well as seeing a legit booger on the wall.

Dirty rooms and their is one particular front desk person which works in the morning that is very unhelpful and rude and often will deny you service. The rooms that are on top and back view are mostly the nasty and dirty ones so i always try and get the ones in the front and bottom ones cuz they to be more respectful and clean ..One of the maids that do housekeeping is also very rude and also works with the rude front office that works in the morning ..BUT the lady that works in the night, now she is very helpful and willing to help and also will do what she can to meet to your needs HER name LESSLY she greatRooms: Not up-to-date and needs TLC

Room met our basic needs, furniture is outdated but not horrible, everything worked fine. Walls were pretty thin so we were able to hear the people next door, and our door didnt have the top lock. Lady in the front was super nice and very helpful.Safety: Pretty safe area.Walkability: Theres a dollar general next door

I've stayed at Rodeway for a total of 52 weekends to this very day! From January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023 This is the last day of my Choices Hotel Brand stay and review!1) The hotel had a rude staff member who treated guest bad2) The rooms were not as clean as the other 200 hotels I've stayed at all over the world and is in need of a overhaul.3) The phones in the room didn't work so you couldn't call the front deck if you needed something or if there was something like a emergency!

The only positive remark I can give this motel is the proximity to the airport.I booked and paid in advance. We arrived around 10:00 pm and were told," we thought you weren't coming." They sold our first floor king size room. They had one room left with two queen beds on the second floor that we had to take.The mattresses are still wrapped in the plastic. Probably one of the most uncomfortable sleeps we have ever experienced. We woke up the next morning to multiple bites on our body that we can only presume we're bed bugs.And there was breakfast enough also be aware the walls are paper thin. The front desk clerk had to ask the male two rooms away to keep it down at 1:00 a.m. when they had their TV blaring and he was talking so loudly that it was impossible to fall asleep. I cannot understand for the life of me how this place is above two stars on google. Highly unrecommended.

Nice motel with a friendly staff but in a awful location. There were strange people crowded outside and trying to sell anyone and everyone drugs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with younger children.
