Current property manager is rude and unprofessional. Be careful not to step in dog poop. Don’t use the sink spray, it’ll break easily. They removed the hose for the car wash station, and the vacuum has no suction. They don’t clean the apartments well. You will have to clean the roach eggs from behind the oven, fridge, etc. I can tell the last leaseholder had dogs as dog hairs flow from under the walls as I was mopping. There’s mold, mildew sometimes from the lack of sealing from windows. There are no cameras in the back apartments. Don’t recommend parking your car on the side. Looking for a place to move in 2024? I can tell you not to come here.

I hate these apartments I moved my kinfolk in and instead of the apartments helping me to get them out of my apartment. They allowed them to continue to live in my apartment. And now they’re doing a second application under my name!! Then denied me of my deposit after signing my notice to vacate. I think they are unfair to people who are on the waiting list

I hate this apartment. Their are roaches everywhere places like the fridge freezer couch closet bed kitchen laundry room shower bathroom the Tv and a couple more places. They also get all over the clothes we have. There is mold and mildew in the windows and some type of egg in the window. And also when we had to move the fridge their were a bunch of roach eggs. And the people who come to spray don’t do anything.

The pros about this apartment complex is that the price is reasonable and the apartments are decent size but it’s not worth your health.During the whole lease we had a bad mold and mildew problem and wasn’t able to use our closets had no choice but to live out of totes which was very annoying. The mold and mildew had gotten on most of our belongings. Mostly shoes and clothes also caused my kids to have bad reactions. It didn’t matter how many times I cleaned the apartment with Clorox or mildew killer, the mold and mildew always came back and it had spread from the master bedroom all the way through the kids bedroom. Every room had it no matter where you go. it was worst in ALL the closets. since we had moved my kids has not woken up with a reaction since. So I know it wasn’t my imagination but overall the apt complex for a couple of months gave us like $100 off but we just wanted the problem to be fixed so we can use our closets but I assumed since the real problem would be more expensive they just gave up on trying to fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend moving there only because of the mold and mildew but if you can overlook that the price was very reasonable and the complex was nice

This property is very rude.. I wish I would’ve gotten the leasing agent name. I called inquiring about a two bedroom this morning. She advise it’s a waiting list. I asked how can I put my name on the waiting list and she hung up in my face. If you can’t be professional or love your job please find another career. First impression is always important.

Terrible customer service the apartments called me and every time I call back someone answers tells you to hold them hangs up very unprofessional I would never wanna move here after that .

i lived there for almost two years then rolling into my second year when the management companies changed people wanted to take advantage ;people knew not to smoke in this community yet it still took place until the point i had to move. The leasing office expressed there wasn't nothing could be done ; I was in a position of forced to move by the neighbors unethical actions. No it wasn't just cigarettes'.smh People even started to hang under the walk way drinking alcoholic beverages. No thanks to ghetto behavior. It just changed all of a sudden. Property owners need a spirit of discernment of who to allow move there. thank you Lord though for moving me it brought my better. No weapon formed against me shall be able to prosper. That was the deal breaker for me.

horrid phone etiquette. completely turned me off from putting in an application. looks cute on pictures though. Just a red flag, letting me know if i need to speak to management or the office, it will be a trying venture. not worth it
