This store didn't have as much selection of things for plus size, and definitely didn't have as cute stuff as the one on old National. However,the cashier that rang me up, Fasha, was fantastic, professional, friendly, and funny. This is the first experience I've really had at rainbow where all the employees were great and helpful instead of rude and acting like customers were inconveniencing them, so great job to the hiring crew for this store.

To be honest this is the worst rainbow no friendly greetings no customer service or help at all.. clothes selections are picked through and ugly..you will get evil looks from the workers. They stay on their phone in the middle of show room floor.. boss always looks stressed and doesn’t engage with customers at all.. if I want to get a ratchet experience of any type I know what sides of town to be on

One of the better rainbows compared to several I tried. Not much attitude. The store clean organized and easy to shop. They have large clearance. Always something new in there.

Some of the clothes here are rottening when I put on my stirrups my fingers went clean through the fabric and the sizes are wrong I bought a 4X and it fitted like an extra large for some reason they are lying about the sizes I don't understand what's going on in the store so now I got to take back five shirts ridiculous, and this is not my opinion this is the truth

Love the clothes .. love the prices.. but the 2 girls that were just hanging out having a good time doing not much of anything today April 5th. After asking for help trying to get a bra off the wall since my size wasn't were I could get it myself. After almost 20 mins of waiting on someone and asking twice. The girl who came to help with what i thought and said from the wall.. didn't even look for me. I won't go back in there again. Till u get some nicer folks working in there .
