THE WORST room I’ve ever stayed in, and being military I’ve been in some bad ones so that says a lot. The carpet had white dried stains on it. The linen was stained and NASTY. The walls had all kinds of nasty gunk and mess on them. The shower/tub had scum and a dirt ring. I was traveling back from a business trip and my flight got cancelled so I had to stay overnight, I made the worst decision choosing this hotel because I pretty much paid to not get sleep anyway due to everything being so nasty. If I could give it zero stars I would, this shouldn’t even be in operation in this condition. I would’ve been better off sleeping in the public bathroom of the airport. REFRAIN from giving this place your hard earned money, it’s not worth it. False advertisement at its finest!

My niece stayed there last night. She was traveling internationally when her flight got canceled. One worries when a young female has to deal with such issues at an international airport. This hotel also offers a shuttle service, but it was not available today. When she inquired about this, the response was dismissive, almost like a ‘seagull’ response - swooping in and then quickly leaving without any real help. Please do not stay here. The front staff does nothing to help someone who may not know how things work in the US, showing a lack of human kindness for younger students traveling the world. I decided to do the right thing and called the managers. He identified himself as Danny. In a very calm way, I tried to explain the situation. However, he would not let me speak and would not let me explain anything at all. I was just concerned, not looking for anything in particular. I simply wanted him to be aware of the situation and perhaps use it to train his staff, especially since they are located at an international airport. Unwilling to help and lacking customer service training, this is how companies fail in the US. If you’re reading this, don’t trust them with your business.

0 stars is more like it if I could post pictures this place would be shutdown. Husband had to stay here last night and slept in a chair because the bed had stains and beside it was a open box of condoms. When he asked to switch rooms or to get new sheets they denied him everything that could make his stay just a little bit better. Thank God the company he works for got him the heck out of that nasty place. Please don't stay here obviously they don't clean and they don't care either. Trust me I have plenty of pictures and would post if I could.

We parked here for two weeks. Super affordable. The people here was friendly, great shuttle driver. They were super accommodating on dropping us off and picking us up when we needed! :)

Please read the other reviews!Limited parking available, appears to be a parking lot for airport travelers. Stayed two nights, only saw one other lodger ..On arrival, one towel, one small soap, minimal water pressure for shower; luke warm water. Giving two stars (instead of one or none) because we didn't have time to complain to, or wait for "management" . Spent both days with relatives at Piedmont Hospital.

Our family booked three rooms for one night. When we arrived, there were no parking spaces available as they were hosting an event and did not reserve a section for paid guests of the hotel. There were cars parked everywhere including non-parking spaces that impeded traffic. We were told to “just park wherever you can around the street.” This was late at night with two small children being told to park down the dark, unlit street. We were then required to give a $120 deposit in cash and were refused a receipt, despite having our credit card on file. When we finally got to our rooms, they were extremely unclean with crumbs on the sofa and floor, something sticky on the desk, nail clippings on the microwave cabinet, and hairs across the bedspread. In addition, the door knob on the bathroom was falling off and the door plate on the main door to the room was bent such that the deadbolt would not work. Overall this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. If it hadn’t already been 10pm when we arrived, we would have found accommodation elsewhere. We will definitely never stay here again.

It really wouldn't get 1 star but something had to be placed to move on. After 9 hours of driving, I was hoping to be able to finally get a good night of rest. But instead, I had to call the front desk 3 times and then walked to the front desk to ask for new linens to be placed on the bed. The room looked like someone else was there and an attempt was made to tidy it up. The beds were not clean. Toiletries were used, The refrigerator had black ice growing in the back of it. The microwave was burned up inside, a filthy couch with filthy pillows, room wasn't vacuumed, bathroom wasn't clean, couldn't see out of the window, the room smelled of smoke/mildew as well as the entire building. It was too late in the evening for me to try another hotel. Do not book here. Run fast!!!

This is one of the dirtiest Quality Inn’s that I have ever stayed in. From the stained couch in the entry to the room itself. We know that QI is not a 5 star hotel and we just need somewhere to sleep one night when traveling, but my God hire a good cleaning lady and invest in some new linens. We were met outside of our room by a pen on the ground and dirty sponge. Ok, oversight. With three pillows on the bed one was missing a pillow case and one had a liquid stain on it and makeup. The bottom sheet had hard plastic-like drip marks on it. The comforter had a dark stain on top too. Struggled with getting the tv remote to work. I could only turn it on and off, but after two calls the maintenance man came up and we learned that the cable box was mounted behind tv so you had to get up and go point the remote behind the tv is you wanted to change the channel. The mirror looked like it had been cleaned by a child with a gray smeared film all over it. The white shower curtain was stained yellow and had large remnants of black mold all over the lower foot of it. Once it was in the shower I noticed a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain bar. I also should note that the toilet seat looked like someone had gotten sick and some of this “splashed” up on it. When I wiped it down (and it did come off so it wasn’t a permanent stain) the toilet paper was visible dirty. It was really just unacceptable. The breakfast consisted of a couple pieces of bread, 7 powdered mini donuts, two mini brownies, three cereal choices, bags of oatmeal, and waffles. The coffee was decent. The only reason this place gets even one star is because the man at the front desk was really nice though he seemed to struggle to understand us at times. My husband I have traveled all around the world and are Choice members, but this QI is the worst we have ever stayed in and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review.

My stay at this location was incredibly bare minimum both in the amenities available and the actual quality of this Quality Inn. This was a hotel that was given by Delta as a result of their delays. So I did not have a choice in the selection of this hotel.Location is conveniently close to the airport and getting to and from the hotel to the airport was a breeze. The service was great. The gentleman that checked us in was very courteous and answered all our questions. The quality of the actual stay comes into question when you first walk into the lobby, make your way up the old creaky elevator, and into your 90s furnished hotel room. We were met with your typical twin bed setup and at a quick glance you begin to notice the details you never expected to notice. The way the bed was made is very atypical, such as a kid making his bed. Then you look at the bathroom. There were no towels in the actual bathroom. We found ONE in the living room by sheer luck. The trash from the previous guest had not been emptied and then you begin to realize this hotel that Delta "comped" had to be the most inexpensive one.The shower? No hot water. The microwave? Semi-functional and dirty from years of service, perhaps cleaned once or twice throughout it's life. The pillows? Mismatched; some incredibly soft, others as rough as old over washed jeans. The entire experience at this hotel failed to meet even basic overnight standards and it is evident there is a lack in room cleanliness making this Quality Inn Suite a 1-star review.Traveler forewarned!Rooms: Antiquated to the extreme. Failure to meet even basic overnight standards.

During my recent stay at Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East, I found a combination of comfort, convenience, and a few minor drawbacks that shaped my overall experience. While the hotel had several positive aspects, there were a couple of issues that stood out as areas for improvement. The friendly and welcoming staff, including a delightful young lady at the front desk, made for a positive first impression. Her warm demeanor and efficient check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay. The standout feature of the stay was the spacious room, offering ample space to unwind and relax. The room's size was a definite plus, creating a comfortable environment for the duration of my stay. However, a couple of issues affected my overall experience. One aspect that could use some improvement is the comfort level of the bed. The bed placed in the middle of the room was somewhat uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. This aspect caught my attention, as a good night's sleep is a fundamental expectation for any hotel stay.Additionally, I was surprised to find that the shuttle service provided by the hotel was not as convenient as I had hoped, especially for an airport hotel. The shuttle service only operates from 9 AM onwards on weekends, which could be a challenge for guests with early morning flights. Given the hotel's proximity to the airport, I expected the shuttle service to cater to a broader range of flight schedules. In conclusion, my stay at Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East offered comfort, convenience, and a few areas for improvement. The positive interactions with the staff, spacious room, and inviting ambiance were highlights of my experience. However, the discomfort of the bed and the limited early morning shuttle service timing were notable drawbacks. With some attention to guest comfort and convenience, this hotel has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.
