We went into the Public Storage this morning and the young lady was so helpful. First off I was hot and she offered me water, she was very knowledgeable about the units. I feel really good about leaving my personal items there because of the way this young lady knew her job. Great work.

I called in for assistance. The customer service agent Pam helped me. She was very polite and helpful. She called back to make sure my problem was resolved. I appreciate her so much. We need more people in customer support that care. I just want to say thank you to Pam at old Dixie Hwy.

Rickeena is so professional and lay with a great attention to her ways of customer service, and her confidence toward the customer satisfaction is unbelievable, great employee there , she will make it far , that’s all I have to say
