I just lost my dad the day after my car was towed I called in this morning holding back tears just to be laughed at by a male saying “tf did she say?” Besides that I went up there to get my car and my car is rattling and it’s leaking I’ve had my car for three years and it’s never done any of this ! When they picked my car up I had just put $40 of gas in my car and picked it up and it’s on E my mirrors were moved and so was my seats. The towing area was only 10 minutes away from where they got it from they had no need to be driving my car. It’s just disturbing that they don’t care what you’re going through they do what they want to do and treat your stuff how they want to treat your stuff . I have proof and evidence that there was nothing wrong with my under carriage and I will be taking this to court.

Everyone in the office was very helpful, from everyone who answered the phone to the people at the front desk. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They made a bad experience bearable!!

The 2 women in the office, Tammy & Tiairra, were great. In consideration of our situation of living out of state, and a family friend purchasing our vehicle got it impounded. We were able to call and get very detailed information of the process. What we could do to give permission to view the vehicle. The monetary options available to us. Once in town, they both were just as cordial as our phone calls. We were able to secure our vehicle and get to our next step. Thank you for all your help.

I had the pleasure to meet Ronald in the New Image tow-yard today as I visited to confiscate my personal belongings from my wrecked vehicle. Ronald was very pleasant and greeted us at the gate entryway with a smile; he was very patient and exhibited great energy. It was a pleasure to meet his acquaintance on this very hard day for me.
