WOULDNT RECCOMEnd. Had very rude lady helping literally sat there & ignored me and refused to provide her credentials for the customer service rep who was on speaker phone! Plz choose better applicants before employing someone who cant respect customers!

The truth is, the girls there are the best, they help everyone as best they can. I went there once and I'm still going. Angela, the girl, is very kind. I think she is the manager and she deserves it. She is very kind and always helps everyone.

This place is horrible all the girls are always in a bad attitude never take care of you like when they started. My family always went to this Metropcs but now we are afraid to if I am not mistaking the name of girl always there is sandy or something similar but I will never go back there
