These people are taking advantage of people especially certain people that they think do not know or understand the law. They will repo your vehicle even when you are not behind on payments. They will refuse your payment and tell you they need cash when you are able to make payments by debit/credit cards as well. The owner Homer Joel Berry and is assistant/Office Manager Dean will take your down payment, refuse to accept your payments which then forces a repo to take place, because they will act as if you are behind on your payment when you may actually not be. Please do not go here and if you have already keep ALL your receipts and paperwork, because they will lie and will not have a record of your made payments in their system. They are taking advantage of middle and lower class, because they want your money then take the car back even if you are NOT late or behind. Then they will try and keep your down payment and any payment they may have accepted then resale the car and make more money off the next buyer. They need to be stopped! They will cheat you, take your money then act as if you are behind on payments if you truly are not because they are not running a true upscale business. They don't even have the ability to accept payments via a website with login capabilities. Online payments are not a way to pay them. You have to call in a payment, or walk-in a payment. They will change up their story on you! Say one thing then they switch it up to something else. They have two locations do not buy from either place! They are the lowest of the low in car sales.

They tell you lies, claim the owner had a family emergency (seen this also stated in someone else's complaint), and they do not handle business affairs properly. Nothing was hard about giving them money but once you are in that is when they turn shady on a customer. Which is why they are a 'shade tree' car sales lot.

A scam and sells horrible cars cause the police when you’re trying to get the actual owners information will not work with you within a week of having the car cars right now within a week of having the car engine lights come on within a week of having the car the white guy is supposedly the owner, the Mexican lady or Hispanic lady claim she was the owner but when you tried to get help, it’s a good fix neither one of them is the owner Homer Barry if that is the actual owners name needs to step up and get new people inside of his office to work more professionally being is though they have not had a stop police coming to their workplace. you will still see why they have one star and not many fives. Do not buy a car here. If you do, you will soon see.

Do not buy from this place. They are crooked. I got a 2014 town and country chrysler van from them in November of 2021 and the transmission went out in it May of 2022. Please listen to me people. Take your money and go elsewhere

Please do not buy a car from here. I mean if you don't do your research its your fault. This company should be shut down. Go look at all the complaints. The owner is a horrible person who scammed me out of $5000. All the cars are trash. I know people need cars, but if you don't want to loose your hard earned money to a trash used car company. There are other more used car dealers with better cars and service. Please don't buy here.

They are the worse, they not professional and they play games with your payments, the lady at the front pocket the 50$ late fees, they give 10 day grace periods but tell you that your payment is late on the 7th day. Then they cheat you out your payments I got a car for 10,000 I put 2,000 down then came back and gave 1,000 plus 6 months worth payments and the rachet Mexican lady at the front constantly kept telling me I owe 8,000 like HOW? then she never wanted to give me a new print out of my payments. So I GAVE the car back. when I put down on the car I went to buy me a 200 dollar radio, but when I took the car back THE Mexican LADY, CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR TAKing MY RADio OUT the car BUT Crazy thing is I GAVE THEM THEIR RADIO BACK…SO WHY SHE CALLED TGE POLICE IDK… THE MEXICAN LADY IS SHIESTY DONT SPEND MONEY HERE
