This place is horrible and should be shut down. They are so unorganized and have no respect for driver's time. Stay away. Guards are friendly but no help. If I could give 0 stats, that's what this place would get

Rude as hell got here at 11 pm and didn’t get my paperwork till 9 am next morning. The older lady in the receiving office was really rude and had no manners I believe her name was Susie!!! Stay away from this place especially from Susie!! Susie just quit and do everyone a favor

Place is horrible will not let you drop a trailer and ride out like seriously no one cares about how short handed you are when they can clearly drop a trailer and go home why have people wait till y'all wanna unload the truck and send a person on they way like these live unloads a ridiculous if you are unloading drop trailers first why setup live loads then wanna get 2 hours for free whatin the United States is that like seriously no one's wants to sit in a truck all day waiting to be unloaded y'all suck just like the trucking industry when it comes to driver's nobody cares about how this is affecting people and how they have to sit and wait because youhabe sorry employees thet dont wanna work nor do they habe empathy for people sitting inthe hot sun waiting to be unloaded.

Delivered produce load at this location 3. In simple words just avoid ⛔️❌this place unless you want 10 hrs sleep on your logs. Very slow unloading. They want you there by appointment time but in reality they don’t know meaning of appointment time. 2 hrs in staging area, 5 hrs at dock for unloading and 2 hrs to wait for paperwork after unloading. Stay home or at truck stop without load but don’t come here. Very poor management. Kroger need to understand value of truckers time. Just little advice for management take some classes from Costco Distribution to learn how to deal with Trucking industry. No proper restroom for drivers. Only dirty portable bathroom for truckers. If I have choice I will give -5 star for this location.??????????????.

4 hrs to unload. No overnight parking. Guard was sleeping in the guardshack. Never did wake up. I had to go get another guard

Arrived at 0745 for 0900 appt. Got a dock at 0800. Finished and gone at 0930. Security gate guards barely speak english.

This is sad to witness that BIG Distributers like Kroger just get managed by this IDIOTS!...Its just been freaking 7 Hours and they lost my BOL !...How that even possible???

This KROGERS DC should be put out of business!!!!!!!!! Verryyyy poor management!!!!!! Expect to do your entire reset here PLUS MORE!!!. Appt was 8:00am it is now 1:00pm and they have not completed unloading yet!! DO NOT COME HERE, REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! GIVE THE LOAD BACK TO THE BROKER!!! TAKE A STAND, 4GET THESE INCONSIDERATE RECEIVERS, SHIPPERS, AND THE BROKERS!!!! THEY BE KNOWING FIRST HAND ABOUT THESE HORRIBLE PLACES!!! NEED NEW MANAGEMENT QUICK AND FAST!! ONCE YOU GUYS START REFUSUNG LOADS SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN!! HIT THEM WHERE THEY HITTING US, IN OUR POCKETS!!!

WHAT I FIND BAFFLING DISRESPECTFUL IS THE FACT THAT AS A TRUCK DRIVER KROGER DOES NOT HAVE TRUCK STAGING AFTER WE UNLOAD WHEN THEY TAKE ALL DAY TO TAKE THE FREIGHT OFF THE TRAILERS. AT THAT POINT WE ARE ALL OUT OF HOURS AND WITH COMPLETE INSULT KROGER KICKS US OFF THE PROPERTY. ALL THIS PROPERTY AND KROGER CANT CREATE SUFFICIENT PARKING? ITS RIDICULOUS AND BORDERS CRUEL. THANK YOU KROGER FOR BEING ANOTHER BIG NAME THAT PISSES ON US
